Hello, dear Hivers! Welcome back to MIYA's blog!💞 As the new school year 2025-2026 is about to start tomorrow, I just wanna take a moment to look back and share how grateful I am for this experience with you all. Grade 11 – Descartes wasn’t just a section, it felt like a family, really. From day one as senior high students, we were already creating memories, sharing laughs, and making the most of every moment. I’m honestly so proud to say that our section was full of laughter, joy, and never-ending good vibes.
To our super amazing adviser, Mrs. Lumacad, thank you so much for being the kind, considerate, and understanding person that you are. You’ve guided us through this rollercoaster of a year, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Your support meant so much to us, and we’re so lucky to have you as our adviser.
To my classmates, what a ride, right? From the random jokes to the inside stories that no one else would understand, you guys made every single day unforgettable. And can we talk about how many times our subject teachers said, “Ganahan kaayo ko sa inyong section kay lingaw kaayo mo”. Like, that’s how I’ll always remember us, soooo fun, loud (in a good way), and full of good vibes.
And to my seatmates, my little squad LA FAMILIA !! you guys mean so much to me. Who knew that just sitting next to each other would turn into us building this little family? Whether it’s laughing at the dumbest things, helping each other out with schoolwork, or just vibing, you’ve made this year so much better. I hope we’re all classmates again in Grade 12 because I’m not ready to let go of this bond we’ve built.
Grade 11 – Descartes, thank you for everything. Thank you for the laughter, the friendships, and all the moments that made this year one of the best. Here’s to us, to all the memories, and to whatever’s ahead. Let’s keep making each other proud.
Oh, and let’s not forget the vibe that’s been with us all year long with the song Blue by Yung Kai, this song will always be the theme song of Grade 11 – Descartes. Every time that track plays, I can’t help but think of all the fun, the crazy moments, and the friendships we’ve made. It’s been the *lperfect soundtrack to our unforgettable year.
Before I end this blog, I just wanted to share this quote saying, "Some people come into our lives for a reason, others for a season, but a few—like you guys—come in for a lifetime."
