Junto con mi hermana siempre emprendo aventuras viajeras esta vez nos fuimos a Valera estado Trujillo un lugar bastante hermoso con una temperatura agradable fría montañas y neblina, viajar para nosotras es una aventura totalmente fascinante, una de las cosas que más nos gusta es la comida, que nos dan en los viajes porque normalmente es bastante sustanciosa, posee porciones bastante grandes y también es deliciosa, en esta oportunidad quise pedir de almuerzo una papas rústicas, con carne a pesar que nunca había comido este platillo en específico el almuerzo estaba sumamente delicioso.
Together with my sister I always undertake traveling adventures, this time we went to Valera, Trujillo state, a beautiful place with a nice cold temperature, mountains and fog, traveling for us is a totally fascinating adventure, one of the things we like the most is the food, which we get on trips because it is usually quite substantial, has quite large portions and is also delicious, this time I wanted to order for lunch a rustic potatoes with meat, although I had never eaten this specific dish, lunch was extremely delicious.
Las papas rústicas, eran papas picadas, hervidas de gran tamaño así como también la carne era carne picada tipo a la Juliana, con un guiso muy exquisito y primera vez ,que veía este tipo de presentación de carne la carne estaba bastante suavecita, la misma se deshacía cada vez que picabas cada trozo con los dientes, así como también su determinada porción de arroz y la deliciosa ensalada tipo navideña con papa, zanahoria, cebolla, mayonesa que tenía mucho tiempo sin comerla pero que sin duda alguna es una de mis ensaladas favoritas, porque normalmente no me gustan mucho, mi hermana si pidio un almuerzo totalmente diferente.

El platillo de mi hermana era totalmente diferente al mío, era un tipo de pollo bastante exquisito, que también tenía unos pequeños cortes a la Juliana, un guiso con la diferencia que su plato no poseía papas rústicas, lleno de plátano maduro, con su porción de arroz y su deliciosa ensalada navideña, particularmente ella es más fanática siempre de comer pollo no tiende a ser tan arriesgada con la comida, siempre se va por lo básico y elemental en todo almuerzo como lo es el pollo.
My sister's dish was totally different from mine, it was a quite exquisite type of chicken, which also had some small cuts Juliana style, a stew with the difference that her dish did not have rustic potatoes, full of ripe plantain, with its portion of rice and delicious Christmas salad, particularly she is always more fanatic about eating chicken, she does not tend to be so risky with food, she always goes for the basic and elementary in every lunch as it is the chicken.
En nuestros viajes siempre coincidimos con personas bastante especiales que una vez que las conocemos estrechamos una linda amistad en este viaje pudimos cruzarnos con Andreína y su pequeña hija Abby, que se llama al igual que mi sobrina menor, desde el primer momento nos llevamos bastante bien a pesar que es una persona mucho más mayor, que nosotras, pero que sin duda alguna también comparte ese pequeño espíritu viajero, aventurero, también pidió un platillo de carne con papas rusticas al igual que yo.
In our travels we always meet very special people that once we meet them we become close friends, in this trip we crossed paths with Andreina and her little daughter Abby, whose name is the same as my youngest niece, from the first moment we got along very well even though she is a much older person than us, but without a doubt she also shares that little traveling, adventurous spirit, she also ordered a meat dish with rustic potatoes just like me.
Por último luego del almuerzo podemos ir a caminar junto con Andreína la pequeña Abby, Génesis y Angie, que fueron nuestras otras amigas de viaje, fuimos hacia el hermoso castillo de San Isidro, que se encuentra subiendo hacia arriba un poco más lejos del pueblo de " La Puerta", este Castillo es totalmente hermoso ahí pudimos conversar comernos una deliciosa porción de torta con jugo, refresco, también las deliciosas fresas con crema, un lugar bastante hermoso para tomarse diversas fotografías y todas juntas decidimos tomarnos una foto linda para recordar el coincidir con personas maravillosas con las que tienes el gusto de compartir risas.
Finally after lunch we can go for a walk with Andreina, little Abby, Genesis and Angie, who were our other friends on the trip, we went to the beautiful castle of San Isidro, which is located up a little further away from the village of "La Puerta", This castle is totally beautiful there we could talk and eat a delicious portion of cake with juice, soda, also the delicious strawberries with cream, a beautiful place to take several pictures and all together we decided to take a nice picture to remember the coincidence of meeting wonderful people with whom you have the pleasure of sharing laughter.
