Comparado con algunos años atrás creo que éstas han sido las vacaciones que más hemos disfrutado en familia, y es que hemos salido muchísimo a los centros comerciales, pero sobre todo hemos aprovechado de ir a la playa un montón de veces que aunque no es algo que me encante, a mis hijos y a mi esposo sí, y la verdad es que teniéndola tan cerca no es justo privarlos de ir.
Lo mejor de todo es que no tenemos solamente una cerca, tenemos muchas playas cercas de casa como Playa El Tirano, El Cardón, Puerto Abajo, Pargüito y Playa el Agua, y hasta ahora ya hemos ido a cuatro de ellas, lo que generalmente no solemos hacer, ya que siempre vamos a la que nos queda más cerquita, pero esta vez hemos decidido explorar y visitar las distintas playas que nos ofrece el municipio en el que vivimos, que creo que es uno de los que más tiene en toda la isla. Así que lo estamos aprovechando bastante, y hace unos días nuestra ruta playera nos llevó a Playa el Agua.
Esta es una playa preciosa, con muchísimas palmeras, arena blanca y un mar que se une con el cielo creando una vista bastante perfecta para reflexionar y relajarme que es lo que hago cuando suelo ir, y curiosamente a lo largo de toda la playa hay troncos enormes que parecieran estar puestos intencionalmente, porque son perfectos para recostar la espalda, así que tiendo mi toalla, tengo a la mano mi termo y algunos snacks y con eso soy feliz.
Mi esposo y los niños desde que llegan entran al mar y solo salen a tomar agua, comer algo y regresar de inmediato, pero no me quejo, me encanta ese momento de paz, de disfrutar de la calma y de tomar muchísimas fotos, y aunque a veces pienso que no necesito tomar más, porque en serio tengo demasiadas, me parece una falta de respeto no hacerlo teniendo semejante belleza frente a mis ojos, así que ellos se bañan y yo tomo fotos.
Esta última vez me llevé el scrabble viajero, no porque pensara en jugar en familia porque estaba segura que mi familia de peces no querría salir del mar, pero se me ocurrió que sería lindo usar las fichas para formar el nombre de la nueva comunidad Hive Margarita, que con mucho amor logramos echar a andar en la isla, y las fotos quedaron súper lindas. Algunas las tomé sobre el tronco y unas en el mismo tablero, y luego que comencé se me ocurrió ir formando palabras relacionadas con la blockchain, y mi esposo y los chicos ayudaron en uno de sus recesos para descansar del sol.
Ese día mis hijos se divirtieron muchísimo, porque como ven el espacio de la playa como tal es enorme, asi que corretearon y hasta se enterraron en la arena, la verdad fue un día genial y espero que se vengan muchos más, aunque este fin de semana ha sido de lluvia intermitente, estoy segura que el sol regresará en todo su esplendor.
En fin, así van mis vacaciones por este lado del mundo, espero que ustedes estén disfrutando tanto o más que yo de estas vacaciones de verano.
Compared to some years ago I think this has been the vacation we have enjoyed the most as a family, and we have gone out a lot to the malls, but above all we have taken advantage of going to the beach a lot of times that although it is not something I love, my children and my husband do, and the truth is that having it so close it is not fair to deprive them of going.
The best of all is that we don't have only one beach nearby, we have many beaches close to home like Playa El Tirano, El Cardón, Puerto Abajo, Pargüito and Playa el Agua, and so far we have already been to four of them, which we usually don't do, since we always go to the one that is closest to us, but this time we decided to explore and visit the different beaches that the municipality where we live offers us, which I think is one of the ones that has the most in the whole island. So we are making the most of it, and a few days ago our beach route took us to Playa el Agua.
This is a beautiful beach, with lots of palm trees, white sand and a sea that meets the sky creating a pretty perfect view to reflect and relax which is what I do when I usually go, and curiously along the entire beach there are huge logs that seem to be placed intentionally, because they are perfect for lying on my back, so I lay my towel, I have my thermos and some snacks and with that I am happy.
My husband and the kids go into the sea as soon as they arrive and only go out to drink water, eat something and come back immediately, but I do not complain, I love that moment of peace, to enjoy the calm and take lots of pictures, and although sometimes I think I do not need to take more, because I really have too many, it seems disrespectful not to do so having such beauty in front of my eyes, so they bathe and I take pictures.
This last time I took the traveling scrabble, not because I was thinking of playing with the family because I was sure that my fish family would not want to leave the sea, but it occurred to me that it would be nice to use the tiles to form the name of the new Hive Margarita community, which with much love we managed to start up on the island, and the photos were super nice. I took some of them on the trunk and some on the board itself, and after I started it occurred to me to form words related to the blockchain and my husband and the kids helped in one of their breaks to rest from the sun.
That day my kids had a lot of fun, because as you can see the space of the beach as such is huge, so they ran around and even buried themselves in the sand, it was a great day and I hope there will be many more, although this weekend has been of intermittent rain, I'm sure the sun will return in all its splendor.
