El mes de diciembre fue genial, un poco alocado, pero genial, debo decir que le tengo un cariño especial porque fue el mes donde pude reunirme nuevamente con mis primos después de 6 largos años y esto me hizo muy feliz.

December was great, a little crazy, but great. I must say that I have a special fondness for it because it was the month when I was able to reunite with my cousins after six long years, and that made me very happy.
El 05 de diciembre fue el cumpleaños de una de mis primas favoritas, Mirianny, cumplió 23 añitos y me pidió que estuviera presente, yo no estoy muy bien de salud, en ese momento estaba un poco más complicada con el tema de la piel que les he contado, pero hice todo lo posible por asistir porque esto era importante para ella.
Es así como el sábado 06 de diciembre emprendí mi viaje hacia casa de mis primas, debo tomar 2 buses para llegar, es algo lejos y no iba hacia esa zona de la ciudad desde el 2019 que fue el último fin de año que pasé por allá, luego las ocupaciones y vida adulta nos arrastró a ambas y perdimos un poco el contacto, pero siempre presentes de alguna manera.
December 5 was the birthday of one of my favorite cousins, Mirianny. She turned 23 and asked me to be there. I'm not in very good health, and at that time I was having a bit more trouble with the skin issue I've told you about, but I did everything I could to attend because it was important to her.
So, on Saturday, December 6, I set off on my journey to my cousins' house. I have to take two buses to get there. It's quite far, and I hadn't been to that part of the city since 2019, which was the last New Year's Eve I spent there. Then, our busy lives and adult responsibilities took over, and we lost touch a little, but we were always there for each other in some way.
También estuvo mi primo Sebastian a quien tenía aún más tiempo sin ver, desde que falleció su papá también tomó un poco de distancia, esto fue un golpe muy duro, fue hermoso reencontrarnos todos.
Vinieron amigas de mi prima con quienes compartí también hace años y me dijeron que me han extrañado por allá, cosa que aprecio mucho, ellas son geniales.
My cousin Sebastian was also there, whom I hadn't seen in even longer. Since his dad passed away, he's also distanced himself a bit. This was a very hard blow, so it was wonderful to see everyone again.
Some of my cousin's friends came, whom I also used to hang out with years ago, and they told me they've missed me over there, which I really appreciate. They're wonderful.
Las tortas de cumpleaños estaban hermosas, amé los diseños, una decía "Sagitario season" porque mi prima es toda una sagitariana y la otra era una pequeña con el número #23.
Comimos una rica parilla que hizo mi primo Darwin, también le llevaron mariachis a mi prima y fue genial cantar a todo pulmón con ellos, aunque solo conozco pocas canciones y por partes, pero hey, esto no me detuvo.
The birthday cakes were beautiful. I loved the designs. One said “Sagittarius season” because my cousin is a Sagittarius, and the other was a small cake with the number #23 on it.
We ate a delicious barbecue that my cousin Darwin made, and they also brought mariachis for my cousin, and it was great to sing at the top of my lungs with them, even though I only know a few songs and only parts of them, but hey, that didn't stop me.
Finalmente cantamos cumpleaños luego de haber bailado, aunque no pude darlo todo porque me lastimaba la piel, pero igual disfruté mucho y mi familia entendió que estoy sanando, me desearon que para la próxima vez que nos veamos esté mejor y lo agradezco, así será.
Fue hermoso estar todos reunidos, cantando y me puse muy sentimental porque realmente extrañaba estos momentos, a veces debemos sacar tiempo de donde sea para aprovecharlo con nuestros seres amados.
Amo a mis primos, amé haber podido compartir esta ocasión con ellos.

Finally, we sang “Happy Birthday” after dancing, although I couldn't give it my all because my skin hurt, but I still enjoyed it a lot, and my family understood that I am healing. They wished me well for the next time we see each other, and I appreciate that.
It was wonderful to be all together, singing, and I got very emotional because I really missed these moments. Sometimes we have to make time wherever we can to enjoy it with our loved ones.
I love my cousins, and I loved being able to share this occasion with them.
