Hello Family and Friends, sorry in advance friends, today I will share the story of our family's struggle because our car broke down while on the way home last night. Today is a very tiring day for our family, Rais, my 7 year old son even had a hard time getting up this morning because he was too tired, even though he had to go to school at 7 am. I'm very sorry to see it, but that's how life is a struggle, you also have to start fighting son!
Yesterday (Sunday), our family had to go on a business trip out of town, the children had to come, because there was no one to look after the house.we traveled to karo district, to be precise in kabanjahe. We have a printing business, so on Saturday and Sunday when the children are off school, we travel out of town. They are very happy because on the way they can enjoy their favorite food, which is Satay Padang which is rich in taste.
Last night on our way home from kabanjahe to the city of binjai (our home), the travel time that should have been taken for 3 hours, we had to take it within 6 hours due to some obstacles on the way. Kabanjahe area is located in the highlands of Karo Regency, when we go home we have to pass through the city of Berastagi which is still surrounded by forest. On the way home, it turned out that many trees had been blown down by the wind, apparently in the afternoon there was a strong wind, but we didn't know.
apart from a fallen tree, we also had problems with our car, when we arrived in Medan city which is 40 kilometers from our house, the car engine had trouble. The starter dynamo of our Panther car was broken, the clock showed 11.35 pm, the houses had started to close, the situation on the road was also very quiet.
My husband started to get hysterical, I stayed calm, I tried to call the car mechanic who usually handles our car, the mechanic gave a solution that the car must be pushed and had to turn off all the lights so the battery wouldn't run out. I looked around, no one else was passing by, it was very quiet. I'm trying to call my best friend whose house happens to be close to the location of our car.
After several calls, finally my friend received my call (i was very embarrassed because i had to wake my friend at 12 o'clock at night). finally my friend came and saw the condition of our car. he returned home to call other friends to help push our car. finally the car was able to run slowly, my husband had to be careful because the road was very dark because there was a blackout, because there was a strong wind that made several trees on the side of the road fell and hit the power lines along the road. even though the situation is difficult, we are still grateful because there are still friends who are always there when we are difficult.
Fear and tiredness enveloped us, the children were hungry, we couldn't stop because we were worried that the car would break down again, I hugged the children and I remember there were still some bananas at home, "Be patient, son, mother will fry the bananas and a glass of milk for you", the children calmed down again. At 01.25 midnight, we arrived home safely. I immediately fried bananas, the children ate very voraciously, after that they fell asleep. in the morning I had a hard time waking them up, their faces were still very tired.
When I opened the door in the morning, it turned out that the teak tree in front of the house had fallen and the direction was not leading to our house. it turned out that around our house large trees also fell last night, but because we were too tired from the broken down car, we didn't pay attention around the house.
even though we face difficult times but everything becomes beautiful because we as a family are always together to solve problems, thank you children who always make mothers strong in facing problems🥰🥰🥰
