Según la constitución de Venezuela de 1961 la familia era la "célula fundamental de la sociedad"; esa era tal vez una de las normas más acertada que traía, pues en efecto la familia es la base principal que sostiene al ser humano desde su nacimiento, si su educación familiar está basada en principios y valores; ya que todo parte de la familia, "el hombre que es exitoso hoy es porque tuvo una familia con valores humanos".
Luego de esta pequeña introducción empiezo a escribirles sobre mi familia; está conformada principalmente por mis padres, mis tres hermanas mayores (si, soy la hija menor) y cuatro hermosos sobrinos. He tenido la dicha de vivir junto a mis padre y dos de mis hermanas desde siempre, hasta hace casi 5 años cuando por situación del país ambas tuvieron que emigrar; por el contrario con mi otra hermana y una de mis sobrinas no he podido compartir tanto como quisiera y anhelo ya que se ubican en otra ciudad, pero estoy segura que muy pronto podré hacerlo.

Por otro lado, también puedo decir que he estado rodeada de mi familia materna y paterna, ambas muy numerosas, la primera de 12 hermanos y la segunda de 15 hermanos; aunque una inclinación natural siempre nos ha llevado a convivir más con la familia materna y de ahí han surgido todos mis recuerdos de la niñez, juventud y ahora.
Por ser una familia numerosa la diversión ha de estar presente en cada momento, el compartir con primos y tíos marcó mi niñez, las grandes reuniones familiares, cumpleaños y demás celebraciones, sin duda la que más me gustaba era la época decembrina porque casi todos mis tíos lograban venir de visita y la celebración se hacía más amena, con una rica cena, dulces, regalos, lo mejor también era que se quedaban unos días adicionales para compartir aún más, fueron días muy buenos.

Ahora, en casa de mi abuela viven tres de mis doce tíos, dos de ellos en sus propias casas que casualmente están ubicadas en el mismo terreno el cual fue y es lugar de concentración para nuestros encuentros.

Hablar o en este caso escribir sobre mí familia, es remover muchos recuerdos, es un despertar de sentimientos positivos aunque también me despierta nostalgia por la distancia que ahora me separa de ellos.
La mayoría de los integrantes de mi familia materna están regados por el mundo, somos muchos primos y algunos actualmente se encuentran en países como Argentina, España, Colombia, Brasil, Ecuador y México. Es increíble como todo ha cambiado, como ahora las tradiciones de la familia se celebran a distancia, con presencia de algunos pocos que aún quedamos en nuestro país Venezuela.
Incluso les podría contar que creamos un grupo de WhatsApp especialmente para primos a través del cual mantenemos contacto, también lo utilizamos para felicitarnos en cumpleaños y obviamente pasar noticias importantes de la familia, nuestra foto principal es de la abuelita que nos une.

Me considero una persona afortunada ya que los integrantes de mi familia tanto materna como paterna han sido educados bajo buenos valores y esa tradición nos la han transmitido mis padres tanto a mis hermanas como a mi, por eso puedo decir que mi educación familiar ha tenido como soporte principios como el agradecimiento, la solidaridad, la empatía y el más importante el amor.
Mi familia representa mi tesoro, son un apoyo fundamental en mi vida, vivir junto a ellos por tantos años es una bendición.
Gracias por pasar por aquí y tomarse unos minutos para leer mi pequeña historia familiar, seguro nos seguiremos viendo en esta comunidad.

According to the Venezuelan constitution of 1961 the family was the "fundamental cell of society"; that was perhaps one of the most accurate rules it brought, because indeed the family is the main base that supports the human being from birth, if his family education is based on principles and values; since everything starts from the family, "the man who is successful today is because he had a family with human values".
After this little introduction I begin to write about my family; it consists mainly of my parents, my three older sisters (yes, I am the youngest daughter) and four beautiful nephews and nieces. I have had the joy of living with my parents and two of my sisters since always, until almost 5 years ago when due to the situation of the country both had to emigrate; on the other hand with my other sister and one of my nieces I have not been able to share as much as I would like and long for since they are located in another city, but I am sure that very soon I will be able to do it.

On the other hand, I can also say that I have been surrounded by my maternal and paternal family, both very numerous, the first with 12 siblings and the second with 15 siblings; although a natural inclination has always led us to live more with the maternal family and from there have emerged all my memories of childhood, youth and now.
Being a large family fun has to be present at every moment, sharing with cousins and uncles marked my childhood, the big family reunions, birthdays and other celebrations, without a doubt the one I liked the most was the Christmas season because almost all my uncles managed to come to visit and the celebration was more enjoyable, with a delicious dinner, sweets, gifts, the best thing was also that they stayed a few extra days to share even more, they were very good days.

Now, three of my twelve uncles and aunts live in my grandmother's house, two of them in their own houses which happen to be located on the same land which was and is the place of concentration for our meetings.

To talk or in this case to write about my family, is to stir up many memories, it is an awakening of positive feelings although it also awakens nostalgia for the distance that now separates me from them.
Most of the members of my maternal family are scattered around the world, we are many cousins and some are currently in countries such as Argentina, Spain, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador and Chile. It is incredible how everything has changed, how now the traditions of the family are celebrated from a distance, with the presence of a few of us who are still in our country Venezuela.
I could even tell you that we created a WhatsApp group especially for cousins through which we keep in touch, we also use it to congratulate each other on birthdays and obviously pass on important family news, our main photo is of the grandmother who unites us.

I consider myself a lucky person because the members of my family both maternal and paternal have been educated under good values and that tradition has been transmitted to my parents both my sisters and me, so I can say that my family education has been supported by principles such as gratitude, solidarity, empathy and most importantly love.
My family represents my treasure, they are a fundamental support in my life, living with them for so many years is a blessing.
