Hola amigos espero que estén teniendo un bonito día. Revisando las comunidades de Hive me encontré con esta bonita iniciativa qué propone la comunidad de Family and Friends para este mes de febrero, el mes del amor y la amistad. Como gran fan de las películas comedias románticas que soy, me puse a leer varias de las historias que ya varios de ustedes han publicado como parte de la iniciativa y me ha encantado conocer tantas historias reales de amor y amistad.
Recientemente le dediqué una publicación a mi mejor amiga, pueden leerla aquí si lo desean, es por esto que quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para responder este cuestionario y en estas 7 preguntas poder contarles un poco más sobre mi esposo y nuestra historia.
Hello friends I hope you are having a nice day. Reviewing the Hive communities I came across this beautiful initiative proposed by the Family and Friends community for this month of February, the month of love and friendship. As a big fan of romantic comedies that I am, I began to read several of the stories that some of you have already published as part of the initiative and I was delighted to learn so many true stories of love and friendship.
I recently dedicated a post to my best friend, you can read it here if you wish, that is why I want to take this opportunity to answer this questionnaire and in these 7 questions I can tell you a little more about my husband and our story.
1- Describe a esa persona en 3 palabras
Tres palabras que describen a Daniel serían RESPETUOSO, AMABLE y APASIONADO.
Respetuoso ya que es un chico con muy buenos modales y desde que lo conocí siempre me ha tratado con respeto, y no solo a mí, sino también a las demás personas.
Amable pues siempre está dispuesto a ayudar y siempre tiene una sonrisa a la hora de dirigirse a los demás, es el tipo de chico que le cae bien a todo el mundo y es una de las cualidades que más me gustan de él.
Apasionado pues demuestra mucha pasión cuando le interesa algo, sobre todo cosas que tengan que ver con la tecnología y videojuegos. Me encanta verlo aprender algo nuevo porque le pone todo su empeño y de alguna forma me inspira a ser así.

1- Describe that person in 3 words
Three words that describe Daniel would be RESPECTFUL, KIND and PASSIONATE.
Respectful since he is a boy with very good manners and since I met him he has always treated me with respect, and not only me, but also other people.
Kind because he is always willing to help and always has a smile when talking to others, he is the type of guy that everyone likes and it is one of the qualities that I like the most about him .
Passionate because he shows a lot of passion when he is interested in something, especially things that have to do with technology and video games. I love watching him learn something new because he puts his all into it and somehow inspires me to be like that.
2- ¿Cómo se conocieron?
Ya había contado esa historia en una publicación anterior pero se las puedo resumir un poco. Todo comenzó con una cita a ciegas que nos preparó una amiga mía que da la casualidad que es vecina de él. En esa cita fuimos al cine con ella, la hermana de Daniel y su hermanastro. En el cine pusieron una película de terror, Daniel y yo nos sentamos juntos pero estuvimos concentrados todo el tiempo en la película sin decir una palabra o mirar para el lado. Es por eso que al terminar la película nos dimos cuenta que nuestros amigos nos habían dejado solos en el cine, no sé qué pretendían con esto pero claramente no funcionó porque los dos éramos muy tímidos. Después fuimos todos a un parque y Daniel y yo nos pusimos a conversar para conocernos un poco. Y así fue como nos conocimos.
2- How did you meet?
I had already told that story in a previous post but I can summarize it for you a bit. It all started with a blind date set up for us by a friend of mine who happens to be a neighbor of his. On that date we went to the movies with her, Daniel's sister and her stepbrother. In the cinema they showed a horror movie, Daniel and I sat together but we were focused the whole time on the movie without saying a word or looking to the side. That's why at the end of the movie we realized that our friends had left us alone in the theater, I don't know what they wanted with this but clearly it didn't work because we were both very shy. Later we all went to a park and Daniel and I started talking to get to know each other a bit. And that was how we met.
Este es el parque donde nos conocimos y exactamente en el banco de la derecha fue donde hablamos por primera vez. De vez en cuando pasamos por ahí y recordamos esa primera perfecta cita. 🥰
This is the park where we met and exactly on the right bank was where we spoke for the first time. Every once in a while we go there and reminisce about that perfect first date. 🥰
3- ¿Cuáles fueron tus primeras impresiones cuando conociste a esta persona por primera vez?
Cuando vi a Daniel por primera vez me dio la impresión de que era una persona buena, noble y muy respetuoso. Ya cuando nos pusimos a conversar pude sentir que era muy diferente al resto de los chicos, pues se veía muy natural y no estaba todo el tiempo tratando de conquistarme con las típicas frases de ligar, al contrario, tenía una mirada muy dulce y disfrutamos hablando sobre nuestra películas, series y música preferida. También me gustó mucho que fuera un poco tímido, pues yo también lo era y eso me dio ganas de querer conocerlo más.

3- What were your first impressions when you met this person for the first time?
When I saw Daniel for the first time, he gave me the impression that he was a good, noble and very respectful person. When we started talking I could feel that he was very different from the rest of the guys, because he looked very natural and he wasn't trying to win me over with the typical flirt phrases all the time, on the contrary, he had a very sweet look and we enjoyed talking about our movies, series and favorite music. I also really liked that he was a bit shy, because I was shy too and that made me want to get to know him more.
4- Una anécdota que recuerdes entre ustedes dos
Una de mis anécdotas preferidas es la forma en la que nos hicimos novios y todo por una canción. Sucedió así: cuando ya habíamos tenido varias citas se me ocurrió dedicarle una canción, entonces llamé a mi amiga que era su vecina y le dije que le dijera a Daniel que yo le quería dedicar la canción "Sin miedo a nada", de Alex Ubago. Mi intención era que él oyera la letra de la canción que habla de querer conocer a una persona y saber todo sobre ella y así hacerle saber que lo quería seguir conociendo. Pero él lo tomó de otra forma, se fijó más en el título de la canción y pensó que yo le estaba diciendo que no tuviera miedo a dar el siguiente paso. Es por eso que esa misma noche fue a mi casa y se declaró y me pidió ser su novia, yo acepté y nos reímos del malentendido. Por el lado positivo, al final fue bueno para ambos y esa terminó siendo nuestra canción. 😅
4- An anecdote that you remember between the two of you
One of my favorite anecdotes is the way we got engaged and all for a song. It happened like this: when we had already had several dates it occurred to me to dedicate a song to him, so I called my friend who was his neighbor and told her to tell Daniel that I wanted to dedicate the song "Without fear of anything" to him, by Alex Ubago. My intention was that he would hear the lyrics of the song that talks about wanting to meet a person and know everything about him and thus let him know that I wanted to continue knowing him. But he took it in another way, he paid more attention to the title of the song and he thought that I was telling him not to be afraid to take the next step, which is why that same night he went to my house and asked me to be his girlfriend, I accepted and we laughed at the misunderstanding. On the bright side, it was good for both of us in the end and that ended up being our song. 😅
5- ¿Qué regalos le gusta recibir a esa persona y qué regalos te gustaría recibir?
Él es un chico muy sencillo que no le gustan las cosas lujosas ni llamativas. Le gusta recibir como regalos perfumes, pullovers y detallitos hechos por mí, cómo tarjetas o manualidades con las que me gusta sorprenderlo en fechas especiales. Por mi parte me gustaría recibir un perfume, unos bombones de chocolate y tal vez algún peluche, sería muy bonito.
5- What gifts does that person like to receive and what gifts would you like to receive?
He is a very simple boy who does not like fancy or showy things. He likes to receive perfumes, pullovers and little details made by me as gifts, such as cards or crafts with which I like to surprise him on special dates. As for me, I would like to receive a perfume, some chocolates and perhaps a stuffed animal, it would be very cute.

También me gusta hacerle regalos que muestren que tan bien lo conozco. Por ejemplo como cuando le regalé en su cumpleaños unos pulovers de pareja con la temática del Súper Mario, que es su videojuego preferido.

I also like to give him gifts that show how well I know him. For example, like when I gave him a pair of Super Mario-themed sweaters for his birthday, which is his favorite video game.
6- ¿Qué importante fue haber conocido a esta persona?
Haber conocido a Daniel fue muy importante para mí, pues cambio mi vida completamente, pues lo encontré en un punto donde yo ya no creía que el amor fuera algo real, sino un invento de las películas, y estaba decepcionada y deprimida con esa idea.
Gracias a él supe lo que era el amor verdadero, pues sin pensarlo mucho, poco a poco me fui enamorando de él y no fue algo que surgió a primera vista, como el cine nos hace creer, sino que pasó con el tiempo que pasamos juntos, conociéndonos y dando siempre nuestro 100 %, siendo honestos y leales todo el tiempo. Así nos llegó el amor y aunque al principio tuve mis dudas, ya que no sabía cómo se sentiría el amor en realidad, hoy en día estoy muy orgullosa de llamarlo mi esposo, pues sé que es el amor de mi vida, mi alma gemela.

6- How important was it to have met this person?
Having met Daniel was very important to me, because it completely changed my life, because I found him at a point where I no longer believed that love was something real, but an invention of the movies, and I was disappointed and depressed with that idea.
Thanks to him I knew what true love was, because without thinking about it much, little by little I fell in love with him and it was not something that came at first sight, as the movies make us believe, but it happened with the time we spent together, knowing each other and always giving our 100%, being honest and loyal all the time. This is how love came to us and although at first I had my doubts, since I did not know how love would really feel, today I am very proud to call him my husband, because I know that he is the love of my life, my soulmate.
7- ¿Qué admiras de esa persona?
Admiro mucho el interés de Daniel por aprender cosas nuevas, cuando un tema le interesa se informa bastante y hace todo lo posible por aprender sobre ello. También admiro mucho su inteligencia, pues eso lo hace una persona con la que puedes hablar sobre cualquier tema, fue algo que me cautivó desde el día 1. Pero lo que más admiro es su forma de ser, hay algo sobre él que me hace pensar que todos los hombres no son iguales y es su carácter tan noble, dulce e inocente algunas veces. Sobre todo, admiro mucho su forma de tratarme, siempre haciéndome sentir especial y amada. Es por eso que cada día lo amo más y espero pasar toda mi vida a su lado.

7- What do you admire about that person?
I really admire Daniel's interest in learning new things, when a subject interests him he gets a lot of information and does everything possible to learn about it. I also admire his intelligence a lot, because that makes him a person with whom you can talk about any subject, it was something that captivated me from day 1. But what I admire the most is his way of being, there is something about him that makes me think that all men are not the same and it is his character that is so noble, sweet and sometimes innocent. Above all, I really admire the way he treats me, always making me feel special and loved. That is why I love him more every day and I hope to spend my whole life with him.
