El día domingo 20 de Julio, fue el día de los niños y decidí salir con mi hermana para que mi sobrino comiera el heladito y pasara un día diferente, bueno, una tarde diferente, ya que, hace como semana y media, se le dio un regalo, una pista de carrera que quería hace rato y le dimos ese detalle.
Nos arreglamos como a las 4 pm, ya que el sol estaba aun fuerte para salir más temprano; nos fuimos caminando poco a poco hasta el centro comercial que queda cerca de la casa, siendo uno de los más grande de la ciudad. La caminata nos permitió ver que una pizzería cerca de nuestro destino tenia unas promociones interesantes, así que pensamos pasar luego de comer unos helados.
Al llegar era impresionante la cantidad de personas que había, ósea si sabíamos que podría haber bastante gente porque bueno, era el día de niño, llevarlo al parque, comer Mcdonald, helados y todo eso era como la celebración casi predilecta para la mayoría, pero nos sorprendió mucho la cantidad, nos costaba caminar.
Nos dirigimos hacia la parte de las comidas, el cual estaba más full que en todas partes, casi todos los puestos estaban desbordando, la idea original era ir a Mcdonalds y comprar dos combos de papita frita con una barquilla, que estaba a 1$ no obstante, al pasar al frente de KFC, vimos un combo de 2 barquillas por 1$, entonces, me compre un combo de esas para mi hermana y para mí, y un combo de Mcdonalds para mi sobrino, pues esas papas le gustan mucho; por cierto las de KFC estaban muy ricas, porque era como que de vainilla con dulce de leche y que combinación más buena.
Al ratito, cuando nos acabamos las barquillas, nos dirigimos a la pizzería, ahí mi hermana compro 3 pizzas, pequeñitas, 1$ cada una, pero estaban más buena y con bastante queso, lo mejor de todo, que, al terminar, antes de retirarnos, le dieron un helado a mi sobrinito, por supuesto que eso lo emocionó más. Lo mejor de todo fue ver la alegría y lo agradecido que estaba de haber compartido con él, me hubiese gustado llevarlo al parque, pero bueno, tenemos muchas vacaciones (por parte de él XD), para que disfrute otro fin de semana.

On Sunday, July 20th, it was Children's Day, and I decided to go out with my sister so my nephew could eat ice cream and spend a different day, well, a different afternoon, since, about a week and a half ago, he was given a gift, a race track that he had wanted for a while, and we gave him that gift.
We got ready around 4 p.m., since the sun was still strong enough to allow us to get up early. We walked slowly to the shopping center near our house, one of the largest in the city. During the walk, we noticed a pizzeria near our destination was having some interesting promotions, so we decided to stop by after eating some ice cream.
When we arrived, the amount of people there was impressive, I mean, we knew there could be quite a lot of people because, well, it was Children's Day, taking them to the park, eating McDonald's, ice cream and all that was almost like the favorite celebration for most, but we were really surprised by the amount, it was hard for us to walk.
We headed towards the food section, which was more crowded than anywhere else, almost all the stands were overflowing, the original idea was to go to McDonald's and buy two combos of fries with a cone, which was $1 however, when we passed in front of KFC, we saw a combo of 2 cones for $1, so, I bought one of those combos for my sister and me, and a McDonald's combo for my nephew, because he likes those fries a lot; by the way, the KFC ones were very good, because they were like vanilla with dulce de leche and what a great combination.
After a while, when we finished the cones, we headed to the pizzeria, there my sister bought 3 pizzas, tiny ones, $1 each, but they were better and with a lot of cheese, the best of all, when we finished, before leaving, they gave my nephew some ice cream, of course that excited him more. The best of all was seeing the joy and how grateful he was to have shared it with him, I would have liked to take him to the park, but well, we have a lot of vacation time (on his part XD), so he can enjoy another weekend.
