Hola Hive, hoy traigo mi participación al concurso propuesto por la comunidad de Family & Friends, llena de mucho entusiasmo y alegría celebrando el aniversario de esta maravillosa red social. Este concurso me motiva, ya que me hago consciente de cuantas personas que están a mi alrededor son usuarios de Hive.
Familia Hivers:
Tal como lo manifesté en mi introducción, repentinamente mi casa se convirtió en una colmena, mi esposo 
Hive account@pedroerami inicia este proyecto junto a mi hija 
Hive account@isabellasofiarr y 
Hive account@chanekydibujos, me inspiraron lo motivados que estaban, sentí que me estaba perdiendo de algo bueno, me documente y decidí ser parte de esta red social.
Comienzo con Hive account@isabellasofiarr, Isabella es una niña creativa y muy independiente, ella crea su contenido, lo edita, y hace todo el proceso para subir sus posts, se inclina más por los videos usando 3Speak. Le encanta producir material divertido, en ocasiones no le da tiempo de subir contenido debido a sus responsabilidades en el colegio, pero cada vez que tiene oportunidad aprovecha para activarse. Una anécdota de ser hiver y tener una hija hiver: la mayoría de las mamás queremos opinar sobre lo que van hacer los hijos; en sus inicios cuando iba a grabar un video yo le decía cosas como por ejemplo: péinate, y si mejor lo haces asi, incluye esto, hazlo en este sitio, y su respuesta es NO mami, gracias tomaré algunos de tus consejos pero quiero que esto sea autentico, jajajaja. Y en efecto así debe ser, he aprendido a no interferir en sus ideas, siendo cuidadosa y respetuosa con la intervención que considere deba aportar.
Ahora es el turno de Hive account@chanekydibujos, Leonardo un hijo que la vida me regaló, es un adolescente de corazón noble, tranquilo, inteligente y muy cariñoso. Comenzó en hive orientado al dibujo, actualmente ha manifestado que quiere comenzar a subir otros temas, espera espacios de sus ocupaciones escolares para activarse, en su blog pueden encontrar dibujos realizados paso a paso.
En el grupo de familia finalizo con Hive account@pedroerami, Pedro mi querido esposo, muy estudioso y apasionado a sus proyectos, le invierte tiempo, energía y calidad a lo que hace, para mi es un gran apoyo, me salté muchos pasos porque ya me los daba resumidos, me inspira su constancia y su entusiasmo. Creo que nos ha pasado a muchas esposas de Hivers, ellos comienzan primero super enamorados de Hive y nosotras le damos vueltas al proyecto, hasta que logramos involucrarnos con confianza, jajajaja.
Amigas Hivers:
Es una fortaleza contar con gente cerquita de ti en este proyecto, tengo tres grandes amigas quienes aparte de coincidir en Hive nos une otras áreas de nuestras vidas, les hablo de:
@Aldara, es Isabel quien hace un lindo trabajo en la comunidad donde vivimos a través de su academia SERARTE, formando niños y adolescentes en diferentes áreas pero sobre todo en el desarrollo personal de cada uno de ellos. Todos en casa hemos disfrutado ese aporte de la academia. Es una usuaria muy activa en esta red, pueden encontrar material con grandes aportes en sus posts. Actualmente somos compañeras en clase de salsa y Bachata en su academia.
Ahora me voy a referir a: 
Hive account@aleluzco, es Yuruana, otra amiga linda, ella es pura dulzura, si leen sus post sé que podrán percibirlo, porque eso es lo que transmite, también junto a 
Hive account@aldara dedican parte de su tiempo a los niños que asisten a SERARTE. Recientemente viajamos a la playa y tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir con ella en ese paseo.
Sigue el turno de 
Hive account@nina81, mi buena amiga Dora Andreina, es muy activa en esta plataforma, siempre está al día con la información, conoce lo nuevo, las iniciativas, se convirtió en una buena estudiante en Hive, me anda pasando datos buenos, jajajaja, ella es muy constante y también le dedica tiempo de calidad y energía a su blog. Con ella comparto la experiencia de tomar clases de natación, comenzamos a nadar desde cero, y ha sido excelente compañera
Por otro lado tengo a las hijas de dos grandes amigas, quienes ahora son amigas de Hive account@isabellasofiarr, ellas son:
@Andreablogg, Andrea la describo como una niña serena, cariñosa, dedicada, muy inteligente, observadora y colaboradora. Su contenido es muy variado, a pesar de su corta edad nos muestra madurez en su caracter, sus posts nos nutren de información clave para disfrutar la vida y estar sano con lo que comemos. Y 
Hive account@marce.uwur, Marcela es una joven que emana ternura, alegría y sensibilidad. Es talentosa para la música, canta y toca diferentes instrumentos, pueden ver su talento plasmado en su blog, espero nos siga llenando de su talento en la colmena.
¿Se motivan ante las recaídas y se felicitan en sus logros?
La respuesta es Si, cuando coincidimos en algún lugar la conversación principal es Hive, los post, desde cuando no subes contenido, se escuchan frases hay que seguir, te felicito, wao vi tu ultimo post, o tranquilo yo leí tu post y estaba super bien, seguro el próximo monetizara más.

I start with Hive account@isabellasofiarr, Isabella is a creative and very independent girl, she creates her content, edits it, and does all the process to upload her posts, she is more inclined to videos using 3Speak. She loves to produce fun stuff, sometimes she doesn't have time to upload content due to her responsibilities at school, but every chance she gets she takes the opportunity to get active. An anecdote about being a hiver and having a hiver daughter: most of us moms want to have an opinion about what our children are going to do; in the beginning when she was going to record a video I would tell her things like: comb your hair, and if you better do it like this, include this, do it on this site, and her answer is NO mommy, thanks I will take some of your advice but I want this to be authentic, hahahaha. And indeed it should be, I have learned not to interfere in their ideas, being careful and respectful with the intervention that I consider I should contribute.
Now it is the turn of Hive account@chanekydibujos, Leonardo, a son that life gave me, he is a teenager with a noble heart, quiet, intelligent and very affectionate. He started in hive oriented to drawing, currently he has said he wants to start uploading other topics, he waits for spaces from his school occupations to activate, in his blog you can find drawings made step by step.
In the family group I end with Hive account@pedroerami, Pedro my dear husband, very studious and passionate about his projects, he invests time, energy and quality to what he does, for me he is a great support, I skipped many steps because he already gave them to me summarized, I am inspired by his perseverance and enthusiasm. I share with her the experience of taking swimming lessons, we started swimming from scratch, and she has been an excellent companion.
On the other hand I have the daughters of two great friends, who are now friends of Hive account@isabellasofiarr, they are:
@Andreablogg, Andrea I describe her as a serene, loving, dedicated, very intelligent, observant and collaborative girl. Her content is very varied, despite her young age she shows us maturity in her character, her posts nourish us with key information to enjoy life and be healthy with what we eat. And Hive account@marce.uwur, Marcela is a young woman who exudes tenderness, joy and sensitivity. She is talented in music, she sings and plays different instruments, you can see her talent in her blog, I hope she continues to fill us with her talent in the hive.
