Matt. 11:28-30, Gen. 15:1-6, Ex. 14:8-15
When Jesus says take my yoke upon you and learn of Me
He means following, he is telling us to follow him. There is no disappointment in following Christ.
If you follow him you are sure of victory
If you follow him you are sure of heaven, that's why Jesus say that we cannot work alone that's why he says we should learn from him (follow his steps).
Steps in following Jesus:
* Come:
When he call you step forward and follow him, don't hardened your heart. When you step out make sure that you are following Jesus.
* Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls:
Yoke is a wood put across two animals.
If you try to work alone in this life, you are making your life a mess. Because the road we are working ends in a tremble ending if we don't walk with Jesus.
Jesus say let's walk together because there are things that you won't be able to carry. No matter what that happen to you follow him (Jesus). Jesus say follow me and I will give you rest. All we have to do is to follow him. When you follow Jesus learn about his life (learn from him)
Follow Jesus, don't stop following Jesus, Jesus want you to follow him, follow him and study him. Satan is looking for platform to bring in fear (to make you afraid)
Make a decision today to follow only Jesus cause when you follow him and walk in his ways he will give you rest.
