Luke 5:5-6, And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and i have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word i will let down the net. And when they had this done, they enclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.
Life may be terrible for you at this very particular moment, perhaps it has been bad for a while now, perhaps it has been the whole year that things have not been great, you feel like giving up and just coiling up in your shell and wishing you never existed, or perhaps you are saying let whatever happens happens, but i am here to tell you otherwise.
Giving up is not an option, giving up means succumbing to defeat, allowing the devil to win and to take charge of the direction of your life, it means telling the Lord he failed you or that you do not believe he can turn things around for you anymore. And so do not give up, give it one more push, keep climbing, keep moving, keep swinging, he is telling today to try just one more time.
At his word changes happen, miracles occur, blessings follow and wonderful unfathomable things happen to us in life. Take his word for it for he is an ever faithful and loving God. Do not give up, the sky is the limit, keep trying and he will grace your effort with success. Grace abides.
