And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink, for there is a sound of abundance of rain. So Ahab went up to
eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face
between his kneses.1 Kings 18:41-42
Prayer is communion and communication with God.
If abundance must be harvested, prayer must be invested. Prayerlessness or insufficient prayer is a reason for limited provision and supply from God. Seek God in prayers and you will be blessed with abundance
Prayers to pray to enjoy abundance:
Prayer of repentance and sanctification. "Hear me,
O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that thou
art the Lord God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again"(1 Kings 18:37).Prayer of revival and divine intimacy: "But they
constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to
tarry with them "(Luke 24:29). Closeness to God gives you access to all God has.Prayer of worship, praise and glory to God: And he
said unto them, when ye pray, say, Our Fatherwhich art
in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. (Luke 11:2). Praise
opens the door to God's presence and provisions.Prayer for radical kingdom advancement: ". thy
kingdom come Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth"
(Luke 11:2). Praying to advance God's kingdom attracts God's abundance.Prayer for renewal of power for miracles, signs and
wonders: "By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and
that signs and wonders may be done by the name of the
child Jesus" (Acts 4:30). It is prayer that renews power for miracles, signs and wonders, including the miracle
of divine supply.Prayers of asking and receiving: "Give us this day Our
daily bread..." (Luke 11:4)
Beloved, the secret to enjoying abundance in life is prayer. It is prayer power that breaks every demonic yoke of poverty, lack and scarcity.
