In the journey of life, many things are contradictory. At times, our blessings are challenged by situations we wish did not exist. But through it all, Jehovah is our defense, Hallelujah! This implies Divine covering or shielding from evil. It means a covering of God's mercy, power and truth. We need to see God as our defense at all times.
Our generation need God as the defense against confusion, lust, spirit of immorality and the pride of life. When the storms of life arise, the Lord is our defense. When failure threatens our destiny, the Lord is our defense. When our ministries are shaking, the Lord is our defense. When businesses are down, the Lord is our defense.
All we need to bounce back is Jesus Christ. With Him we win!
God is not just our defense, but also our King. The Almighty reigns! Let us live with this consciousness, that the issues of life cannot distort the reigning power of God in our lives. He reigns in power and authority. No one can override Him.
Whatever He says is established forever, Hallelujah! Are you a child of God? Come out from your hiding place and proclaim the reign of the Almighty. Declare to the world and every issue of life that Christ reigns supreme. He'll reign till you succeed.
He'll reign till you marriage is established. He's reigning in your business. Name everything concerning you and declare upon it the reigning power of Christ. Because He reigns, we can't be defeated.
Let's pray. Father, thank you for being our defense and authority. We proclaim you as the reigning King and declare a transformation of our lives in Jesus's name. Amen. Cheers.
