All men were created to take the lead in life. There is no one that was created to be at the back in life. In Genesis 1:28, the Bible say, And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over.
By covenant all children of Abraham were created to take the lead.
Capacity means the ability to receive or contain a deposit; the ability to handle matters and issues well; the ability to perform as occasion demands. Finally capacity is the ability to maintain quality character irrespective of the circumstance.

Constantly challenge your mind to keep expanding.Live your life in partnership with God: "Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it:
except the LORD keep the city, the watchmen waketh but in vain" (Psalm 127:1). Every creature was created to
depend on the creator.Become big by starting small: "Humble yourself in the sightof the Lord, and he shall liftyou up"James 4:10). A small or humble beginning is the starting point for a great future.
Push forward beyond problems and challenges: Say like David, "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the Shadow of death, I will fear no evil: For thou art with me..." (Psalms 23:4). The journey to promotion and greatness often passes through the valley of problems.
