Nuevas remodelaciones en mi habitación
Saludos y bendiciones, mi gente linda de @Homesolutions, espero estén pasando un lindo fin de semana. Por aquí nosotros en casa, a ver si mañana damos un paseo con las niñas. Mientras tanto paso por aquí a contarles lo que estamos haciendo en la habitación.
Desde el último reto de la comunidad en donde estábamos dándole cariños a nuestras habitaciones, nos pusimos de tarea hacer unos cambios en el área de la ventana. Uno de ellos fue mandar hacer un cajón de hierro para colocar un aire acondicionado de ventana, mucho más grande que el que tenemos, que es pequeñito y ya no echa tanto aire.
Llamamos a un herrero, vino rápido a tomar las medidas y darnos el presupuesto que fueron 60 $, mano de obra y materiales. El cajón lo tuvo listo el día anterior de las elecciones qué se hicieron en el país el mes pasado. Pero con todas las cosas que acontecieron y entre una cosa y otra no había venido.
Mientras tanto seguíamos esperando. Hace pocos días por fin vino e hizo la instalación del cajón y luego Arístides procedió a pintarlo, compramos una pintura en aceite, 10 $ la lata pequeña.
Fue un poco incómodo pintar, pero se logró. Esas ventanas tenían más de 30 años que no se pintaban, como ven estaban horribles y se le quitó lo más feo y con la pintura, agarro un poco de vida, así que es un buen cambio para la habitación.
Ya les estaré contando cuando por fin montemos el aire, que será estos días, ya que también se estuvo pintando. A la ventana también hace falta cambiarle los rieles de las ventanas en donde van los vidrios, ya están deteriorados también. Vamos paso a paso, con ansias de que todo ya esté listo.

Since the last community challenge where we were giving some love to our rooms, we set ourselves the task of making some changes in the window area. One of them was to have an iron box made to place a window air conditioner, much bigger than the one we have, which is tiny and doesn't blow as much air.
We called a blacksmith, he came quickly to take the measurements and give us the budget which was $60, labor and materials. The box was ready the day before the elections that took place in the country last month. But with all the things that happened and between one thing and another he had not come.
In the meantime we were still waiting. A few days ago he finally came and did the installation of the box and then Aristides proceeded to paint it, we bought an oil paint, 10 $ the small can.
It was a little awkward to paint, but it was done. Those windows had not been painted for more than 30 years, as you can see they were horrible and the ugliest part was removed and with the paint, they got a little bit of life, so it is a good change for the room.
I will be telling you when we finally mount the air, which will be these days, as it was also painted. The window also needs to have the window rails where the glass goes, they are already deteriorated as well. We are going step by step, anxious for everything to be ready.
