Saludos espero estén bien, una ves mas encantada de estar en mí casa home solutions, así me siento con muchas ganas y alegría de compartir con todos ustedes unos de mis deseos para éste año 2025 que se hizo realidad, es el mantenimiento del portón para evitar su degradación por corrosión.
Esté mantenimiento lo quería hacer de manera correcta y fuí comprando poco a poco todos los materiales necesarios, como lijas n° 80, brillo, mascarillas, brochas y fondo anticorrosivo. investigue precios antes de comprar los materiales, porque siempre ahorro algo. Cuando tenía todo los materiales empecé con el mantenimiento del portón, rejas y puerta, ésto lo quería hacer desde hace tiempo, para prolongar la vida útil de las estructuras y también para que me dure un buen tiempo la pintura que se le aplicó a las estructuras metálicas. Así ahorro tiempo y dinero.
Lo primero que hicimos mi hermano y yo fue lijar bien el portón, puerta y rejas para remover el óxido, luego lavarlo con agua y jabón. Después de realizar está limpieza lo dejamos secar todo el día, al siguiente de día sí le aplique el esmalte anticorrosivo, esté tipo de pintura sirve para proteger las superficies metálicas de la corrosión y el deterioro, el fondo anticorrosivo lo aplicamos muy bien de manera que cubra toda las ranuras y superficie de la estructura.
Al destapar la pintura es necesario mezclar muy bien para que tanto el color como el espesor sea uniforme y en un envase saque una parte para ir pintando poco a poco, en caso de espesar la pintura del envase por estar expuesta al aire se le agrega un poquito de gasolina y queda menos densa. Y así fuí poco a poco aplicando la pintura con muchas ganas al portón, rejas y puertas hasta cubrir un toda la superficie en está actividad me ayudo mi hermano juntos hicimos un excelente trabajo.
Esté tipo de mantenimiento duran años por es quiero compartir con todos ustedes algunos tips para pintar una estructura metálica.
*Remover con ayuda de una lija n°80 el óxido o pintura vieja oxidada.
*Lavar muy bien la superficie y dejar secar muy bien.
*Aplicar el fondo anticorrosivo primero antes que la pintura, porque ésto impide la oxidación evitando así la corrosión.
*Mezclar el fondo anticorrosivo antes de aplicarlo para que sea uniforme su color y densidad.
