Comprar cosas para mi hogar es algo que siempre me hará feliz porque el simple hecho de ir adquiriendo poco a poco lo que quiero y necesito en casa me llena de satisfacción y emoción.
Buying things for my home is something that always makes me happy because the simple act of gradually acquiring what I want and need fills me with satisfaction and excitement.
Como saben tenemos ya casi 2 años que emigramos a Brasil y aunque fue un proceso algo difícil tuvimos la oportunidad de comenzar de nuevo y poco a poco tener nuevamente nuestras cosas. Ya teniendo lo básico solo era cuestión de afinar algunos detalles, como por ejemplo, ya teníamos una buena cama y tiempo después compramos una cabecera que no solo nos hacía falta sino que además le daría un toque diferente a nuestra cama y a nuestra habitación.
As you know, we emigrated to Brazil almost two years ago, and although it was a somewhat difficult process, we had the opportunity to start over and slowly rebuild our lives. Once we had the basics, it was just a matter of fine-tuning a few details. For example, we already had a good bed, and some time later we bought a headboard that not only was essential but would also give our bed and room a different look.
Entre tantos modelos elegimos uno sencillo en color negro para hacer juego con la cama, y además de bonito su precio fue bastante accesible y hasta lo trajeron directo hasta nuestra casa.
Among so many models, we chose a simple black one to match the bed. Besides being beautiful, it was quite affordable, and they even delivered it directly to our house.
Su cubierta es de tela e incluía un par de patitas de madera con las cuales ganaba un poco de altura y es con ellas que la usamos porque nuestra cama es algo alta y queda mejor así.
Its cover is made of fabric and it included a pair of wooden legs which gave it a little height, and that's what we use it with because our bed is rather high and it looks better that way.
Definitivamente tenia razón y la cabecera hace ver nuestra cama más bonita y nuestra habitación luce mejor con ese detalle por simple que parezca y la verdad me gusta mucho.
She was definitely right, and the headboard makes our bed look nicer and our room looks better with that detail, however simple it may seem, and I really like it.
