Sean bienvenidos a mi post. Espero que disfruten leyendo todo el contenido y observando la galería de fotografías que he utilizado para mostrarles ese calor navideño que va adquiriendo mi casa.

Les comento que es la primera vez que publico en esta comunidad y me llamó la atención porque nos brinda la oportunidad de expresar con nuestras palabras y a su vez mostrarles la emoción y alegría que sentimos cuando vamos haciendo arreglos y mejoras a nuestro hogar y como toda ama de casa, tenemos mucho de qué hablar cuando se trata de nuestra vivienda. Leí la iniciativa de esta comunidad navidad en casa y me animé aún más a participar.

Quiero iniciar contándoles que a principio de año, el condominio en elección de propietarios decidió cambiar el color de la pintura exterior de la urbanización incluyendo las fachadas de las casas; su color inicial era blanco ostra, ahora es color gris libertad; hasta el momento algunas personas ya han cumplido pintando y otras todavía están en ese proceso de comprar la pintura. En mi caso la compré desde hace seis meses, pero estaba dejando que se acercara la navidad para proceder a pintarla y así tener todo limpio para empezar a decorarla y recibir un nuevo año cargado de muchas bendiciones.

Fui a una gran ferretería llamada mango center, cercana a mi residencia, donde suelo hacer mis compras, ahí adquirí la pintura en caucho para el techo y bordes de la ventana, en aceite para los protectores de las ventanas y la brocha. También adquirí unas luces y bambalinas que me parecieron que estaban a buen precio, de esta manera poco a poco me he ido preparando para inyectarle ese toque de navidad a mi casa.

Luego contraté el pintor para que me pintara toda la fachada de mi casa y les cuento que me quedó hermosa, muy bien pintada. Luego empecé a hacer una limpieza a fondo en el área interna, específicamente en la sala y la cocina, lavando las paredes con cloro y jabón, así mi casa se siente más fresca y acogedora.

Por ultimo inicié la colocación de la navidad, coloqué las luces en las palmas, desempolvé y lavé todo lo concerniente a navidad como cojines, caminos de mesa, manteles, adornos, corona de adviento, para así colocarlos donde va cada detallito y para concluir mi persona y mi esposo Hive account@gpache hicimos el pesebre que significa que estamos a la espera de que Jesús nazca en nuestro hogar. Todas las imágenes tales como: la virgen, san José, el niño Jesús, la mula, el buey, ovejas, casas, animales de granja, figuras humanas, entre otros, las he comprado desde que me mudé a mi actual casa, ya que anteriormente no acostumbraba a hacer pesebre si no arbolito, sin embargo, el arbolito lo regalé por motivos de espacio en la casa, hace 11 años antes de la mudanza.

La época decembrina trae mucho trabajo, pero cuando lo hacemos con amor y dedicación no sentimos cansancio, solo alegría y paz que es lo que debe reinar en cada hogar del mundo.

This is the first time I post in this community and it caught my attention because it gives us the opportunity to express with our words and at the same time show you the excitement and joy we feel when we are making repairs and improvements to our home and as every housewife, we have a lot to talk about when it comes to our home. I read the initiative of this Christmas at home community and I was even more encouraged to participate.

I want to start by telling you that at the beginning of the year, the condominium in election of owners decided to change the color of the exterior paint of the urbanization including the facades of the houses; its initial color was oyster white, now it is freedom gray; so far some people have already completed painting and others are still in the process of buying the paint. In my case I bought it six months ago, but I was letting Christmas approach to proceed to paint it and thus have everything clean to start decorating it and receive a new year full of many blessings.

I went to a large hardware store called mangocenter, near my residence, where I usually do my shopping, there I acquired the rubber paint for the roof and edges of the window, oil paint for the window protectors and the brush. I also bought some lights and scenery that I thought were at a good price, so little by little I have been preparing to inject that touch of Christmas to my house.

Then I hired the painter to paint the entire facade of my house and I can tell you that it was beautiful, very well painted. Then I started to do a thorough cleaning in the interior area, specifically in the living room and kitchen, washing the walls with bleach and soap, so my house feels fresher and cozier.

Finally I started putting up the Christmas decorations, I placed the lights in the palms, I dusted and washed everything related to Christmas such as cushions, table runners, tablecloths, ornaments,advent wreath, to place them where every little detail goes and to conclude my husband Hive account@gpache and I made the nativity scene which means that we are waiting for Jesus to be born in our home. All the images such as: the virgin, St. Joseph, the baby Jesus, the mule, the ox, sheep, houses, farm animals, human figures, among others, I have bought them since I moved to my current house, since previously I did not use to make a nativity scene but a tree, however, I gave the tree as a gift for reasons of space in the house, 11 years ago before the move.

The Christmas season brings a lot of work, but when we do it with love and dedication we do not feel tired, only joy and peace, which is what should reign in every home in the world.
