El concepto de Vision Board es algo bastante nuevo para mí, de hecho, lo escuché por primera vez aquí en Hive, iniciando el 2023, pues cada inicio de año viene cargado de listas interminables de cosas que queremos hacer o lograr para el nuevo año que tenemos por delante.
Sin embargo, desde mi punto de vista, el vision board es diferente, es mucho más que una lista, es un tablero de sueños, apoyados con imágenes y frases motivadoras con lo que queremos lograr para nuestras vidas durante el año, y es, a mi parecer, una excelente manera para no perder de vista nuestra motivación y luchar por cada cosa que con emoción y esperanza incluimos en nuestro tablero.
Es por eso que hoy me uno a la iniciativa Tu hogar, tus metas: Vision Board 2024, e invito a participar a mis amigas 
Y antes de continuar con mi vision board, debo decir, que más alla de creer en la ley de la atracción, creo en fijarnos metas y luchar por ellas, y aunque respeto muchísimo a quienes creen en decretar, y ese tipo de cosas no es algo que practique, o en lo que crea; sin embargo, viendo todo el movimiento que siempre hay a inicios de año, con los propósitos, metas, sueños, y ahora los vision board y listados de intenciones, para el nuevo año es imposible no sentirme entusiasmada en formar parte de ello, pero por supuesto, a mi manera.
Dicho esto, la idea del vision board edición hogar, la veo como una manera de plasmar y mantener visible lo que quiero para mi hogar durante este 2024, y los que me han leído pudieron ver que durante el año pasado, estuve haciendo pequeños cambios en casa, todo a bajo costo, pero este año quiero soñar un poquito más, ya que hay cosas que realmente necesitamos y que harían de nuestro hogar un lugar más cómodo.
Sin duda alguna, algo que sí o sí incluyo en mi tablero de sueños para este año, es un aire acondicionado de 18.000 o 24.000 BTU para mi casa, porque el calor es simplemente insoportable, al punto que en las noches debemos movernos a otras habitaciones de la casa que cuentan con ventiladores de techo muy potentes para poder dormir, y es ahí donde pasamos las tardes y las noches.
Otra cosa que debemos resolver con urgencia, es la humedad que se está apoderando de una de las paredes del cuarto de los chicos, lo que implica bastante trabajo y un gasto considerable, ya que luego de la reparación, que de por sí, será algo costosa, toca pintar.
Y pasando de la habitación de los niños, a la mía y de mi esposo, quiero retocar una pared color chocolate, que hace contraste con el blanco arena, del resto de las paredes, y que necesita volver a pintarse, pero como no nos quedó pintura, debemos invertir en una, además de hacer una cabecera para nuestra cama, reparar y cambiar la imagen de nuestro closet que a duras penas se sostiene en pie, y por supuesto darle una nueva imagen a la habitación en general, con accesorios que espero crear yo misma.
Y por último, pero no menos importante, un televisor Android de 32" para nuestra sala, ya que amamos ver películas juntos y el que tenemos justo ahora, es un plasma que hace tiempo comenzó a dañarse y tiene unas marcas en la pantalla que hacen que la imagen se distorsione.
Hay otras cositas que quisiera sumar a lista, especialmente algunos electrodomésticos para mi cocina, pero la verdad no son indispensables, pero si para mediados de año, tenemos listo nuestro vision board, podemos agregar una freidora de aire y un nuevo sartén eléctrico. Eso sería demasiado genial.
Ahora solo queda no perder de vista cuáles son nuestros deseos para casita este 2024, y hacer lo posible para que se conviertan en una realidad. Confío en que con una buena organización y trabajo, seremos capaces de alcanzarlo.

However, from my point of view, the vision board is different, it is much more than a list, it is a board of dreams, supported with images and motivational phrases with what we want to achieve for our lives during the year, and it is, in my opinion, an excellent way to not lose sight of our motivation and strive for each thing that with excitement and hope we include in our board.

And before I continue with my vision board, I must say, that beyond believing in the law of attraction, I believe in setting goals and strive for them, and although I greatly respect those who believe in decreeing, and that kind of thing is not something I practice, or believe in; however, seeing all the movement that there is always at the beginning of the year, with resolutions, goals, dreams, and now the vision board and lists of intentions, for the new year it is impossible not to feel excited to be part of it, but of course, in my own way.
That said, the idea of the vision board home edition, I see it as a way to capture and keep visible what I want for my home during this 2024, and those who have read me could see that during the past year, I was making small changes at home, all at low cost, but this year I want to dream a little more, as there are things that we really need and that would make our home a more comfortable place.
Undoubtedly, something that yes or yes I include in my dream board for this year, is an air conditioner of 18,000 or 24,000 BTU for my house, because the heat is simply unbearable, to the point that at night we must move to other rooms of the house that have very powerful ceiling fans to sleep, and that is where we spend the afternoons and evenings.
Another thing that we must solve urgently, is the humidity that is taking over one of the walls of the children's room, which involves a lot of work and a considerable expense, since after the repair, which in itself, will be somewhat costly, it is time to paint.
And moving on from the children's room, to mine and my husband's, I want to touch up a chocolate-colored wall, which contrasts with the sandy white of the rest of the walls, and that needs to be repainted, but as we have no paint left, we must invest in one, plus make a headboard for our bed, repair and change the look of our closet that is barely standing, and of course give a new image to the room in general, with accessories that I hope to create myself.
And last but not least, a 32" Android TV for our living room, since we love to watch movies together and the one we have right now, is a plasma that some time ago started to get damaged and has some marks on the screen that make the image distort.
There are other little things I would like to add to the list, especially some appliances for my kitchen, but they are not really indispensable, but if by the middle of the year, we have our vision board ready, we can add an air fryer and a new electric frying pan. That would be too cool.
Now we just have to keep in mind what our wishes are for casita this 2024, and do our best to make them come true. I am confident that with good organization and work, we will be able to achieve it.
