Por aquí les vengo a contar que ayer estuve revisando el cuarto que estamos acondicionando para Miranda para ver qué partes de las paredes hay que reparar porque como les dije la otra vez hay partes con humedad, y quería ver bien que tanto toca hacer y qué materiales tengo que comprar.

Ese cuarto era el de la hermana menor de Rosa, pero ella vive en México desde hace 15 años y ese cuarto tiene solo todo ese tiempo y una de las paredes está pegada de un baño y otra da a una parte donde se moja mucho cuando llueve, y esas dos paredes presentan mucha humedad.
La pared que da con el baño es la que está en peores condiciones y todavía no entiendo a qué se debe, porque no pasa ninguna toma de agua por ahi y si se fijan, está bastante dañada, y eso se extiende hasta dentro del closet que también es la pared que les digo que se moja y esas son las reparaciones más importantes que hay que hacer porque lo demás es arreglar unos pedazos de la pared que se cayeron cuando se selló el traga luz que está sobre el closet.

Para hacer ese trabajo primero tendría que raspar la pared con una espátula para quitar toda la capa de pintura y friso que está levantada y después picotear para quitar todo el friso dañado y ver las condiciones de la pared debajo de todo lo que está dañado, y curar la pared si es necesario, por ejemplo si tiene hongos, etc.
Después ya toca es frisar y eso es con una mezcla de cemento y anime disuelto con gasolina y ya tengo la lista del material que se va a necesitar para eso y el jueves que vamos a ecocenter tengo pensado ir a la ferretería que queda abajo a comprar el cemento porque ahí lo venden en sacos pequeños de 2 kilos y así se compra solo lo necesario.
