It sounds like you had such an awesome day! I think it's really cool how you and your friends practiced all those amazing freestyle movements. The front lever pull-ups and the plank exercises sound super challenging, but it’s awesome that you’re building so much strength with them. I bet it must feel great to work with people who share the same passion for sports. Not everyone gets the chance to be part of such a great community.
