El chequeo se basó en una serie de ejercicios básicos que todos dominaban, pero al ser varios era exigente por la resistencia, pero los atletas supieron resistir y lograron completar la rutina a su ritmo.
The check-up was based on a series of basic exercises that everyone mastered, but as there were several of them, it was demanding due to the resistance, but the athletes were able to resist and completed the routine at their own pace.
Los ejercicios que se realizaron fueron los siguientes:
10 pull-ups
10 leg raises
5 pull-ups
20 squats
20 push-ups
10 box jump
15 dips
6 chin- ups
10 bardips
5 burpees
The exercises performed were as follows:

Los resultados obtenidos fueron bastante complacientes para nosotros que estábamos evaluando y seguiremos en la mejora como equipo y club bears fighters.
The results obtained were quite pleasing for us that we were evaluating and we will continue to improve as a team and club Bears Fighters.
