Un saludo queridos amigos de esta buena comunidad, el día de hoy en esta oportunidad les vengo a compartir mi día tarde entrenando con amigos.
El día de hoy solo enfocó en entrenamiento suave, nada fuerte o desafiante, y sin estáticos, por lo mismo decidí ir a entrenar con mi grupo, que por lo general cuando nos reunimos ellos suelen enfocarse en los dinámicos y combinaciones, por lo mismo hoy fue un buen día para grabarlos y pasar un rato agradable en grupo.
Desde que llegamos se sentía mucha pereza en el ambiente, pues en estas fechas si que de verdad no provoca hacer mucho, aún así uno por la disciplina se mueve solo y aquí estamos, ya al pasar un buen rato se pasó esa pereza y subió mucho el ánimo para poder entrenar correctamente como siempre, Y en esta ocasión poder compartir algunos fotos que tome hoy, no me enfoque mucho en grabarme a mi por que sinceramente no tenía mucho que mostrar hoy, más sin embargo entrenar free suele ser muy vistoso y entretenido de ver, especialmente si uno conoce y llega a presenciar combinaciones más complicadas, y si a eso le añadimos una fluidez muy natural, pues termina siendo muy impactante de ver.

Today only focused on soft training, nothing strong or challenging, and no static, so I decided to go to train with my group, which usually when we meet they usually focus on the dynamics and combinations, so today was a good day to record them and have a good time in group.
Since we arrived there was a lot of laziness in the atmosphere, because at this time of the year we really do not do much, even so one by the discipline moves alone and here we are, and after spending a good time that laziness passed and the mood rose a lot to train properly as always, and this time to share some photos I took today, I did not focus much on recording myself because I honestly did not have much to show today, however training free is usually very colorful and entertaining to watch, especially if one knows and gets to witness more complicated combinations, and if we add to that a very natural fluidity, it ends up being very impressive to see.
