Pero, hoy me especifiqué en el Hold, el aguante de la Full plancha. Entre los ejercicios que hice, no estuve metiendo liga, si pensé en hacer unas series con liga, pero se me presentó una diligencia y tuve que terminar mi rutina y al llegar a mi casa de nuevo, ya no tenía ánimos de continuar la rutina.
Realicé series de negativas de full, presses de full con aguante al inicio, aguantes con el mayor control posible y ya luego si me tuve que ir. Fueron en total 7 series que pude completar, pero me siento bien porque siento que rendí muy bien y eso me complace, ya que antes me hubiera costado mucho más.
But today I focused on the hold, the endurance of the full plank. Among the exercises I did, I didn't use a band. I did think about doing a few sets with a band, but an errand came up and I had to finish my routine. When I got home, I didn't feel like continuing.
I did sets of full negatives, full presses with a hold at the beginning, holds with the greatest possible control, and then I had to leave. I was able to complete a total of seven sets, but I feel good because I felt like I performed very well, and that makes me happy, since it would have been much harder before.
