Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community El dia de ayer entrene la plancha con liga, ya que era el ultimo dia de la semana decidi darle con todo y fatigar el cuerpo al 100, tambien que estoy en un objetivo de obtener mas resistencia, mejorar postura y conseguir mas flexiones en la plancha.
