Greetings friends of Hive and SWC.Hello everyone, today I want to share with you some photographs of what my full back training was like.
These are exercises that I do to train the Front Lever, they are exercises that strengthen the lats and deltoids.
Realice pocas repeticiones de cada ejercicio para no fatigar mucho los músculos y poder seguir subiendo el cerro del Hotel Maracay. Me gusta subir el cerro para fortalecer las piernas y la resistencia.
Perform few repetitions of each exercise so as not to fatigue your muscles too much and to be able to continue climbing the Maracay Hotel hill. I like to climb the hill to strengthen my legs and endurance.
