¡Bienvenidos a mi Post!
Para este mismo año decidí avanzar a nivel atlético, decidí esforzarme y ganar mas fuerza y empezar a ser un atleta que de la talla a nivel competitivo y para empezar me propuse en pulir los estáticos en calidad de pulcritud y ejecutarlo de la manera correcta. Empece a entrenar Stradle Planche, Front Lever y Efesto; dos de estos son estáticos y el otro es un movimiento de poder. Decidí que este año lo cerraría sintiendo que di lo mejor de mi y que vería los resultados de mi arduo trabajo.
Con orgullo puedo decir que este año conseguí lo que me propuse, no ha sido fácil pero este trabajo duro me ha cambiado y creó en mi una mentalidad ganadora y sé que con esfuerzo y mucho trabajo duro este 2024 será un año de gran crecimiento personal, porque de eso se trata buscar ser tú mejor versión ser esa persona que deseas ser y nunca perder el objetivo.
Este año me sorprendió, pero en todo este trayecto aprendí muchas cosas y sé que este año será mejor.
For this same year I decided to advance at an athletic level, I decided to make an effort and gain more strength and begin to be an athlete who measures up to a competitive level and to begin with I decided to polish the statics in terms of neatness and execute it in the correct way. I started training Stradle Planche, Front Lever and Efesto; two of these are static and the other is a power move. I decided that this year I would close it feeling like I gave it my best and that I would see the results of my hard work.
I can proudly say that this year I achieved what I set out to do, it has not been easy but this hard work has changed me and created a winning mentality in me and I know that with effort and a lot of hard work this 2024 will be a year of great personal growth. because that's what it's all about, seeking to be the best version of yourself, being that person you want to be and never losing your goal.
This year surprised me, but throughout this journey I learned many things and I know that this year will be better.
