Que onda mi Gente de #Hive y #SWC , el dia de hoy toca cambiar de rutina, ya que la mejora fue contundente, cada vez mejorando m谩s, ese front y pr贸ximamente para la plancha, bueno por el momento aqu铆 la actualizaci贸n de la rutina, con esta creo que llevo al siguiente nivel mi front:Combo 1:Front press + half press + m谩ximo aguante de tuck advance. Los preses ya no me estan costando tanto como antes, ya me siento mas fuerte para los preses, y el half me costaba mantenerlo, ya no, lo mantengo como si nada.Combo 2: 2 segundos de half + press + 2 segundos de half + press de tuck adv + 5 segundos de tuck advance. Este combo si me cost贸 por el hecho de que no estoy acostumbrado a eso.Combo 3:3-3-3 de tuck advance, este no me cost贸 casi nada, bueno hasta aqu铆 mi reporte, cuidese mucho y est茅n pendientes de los pr贸ximos entrenos
