Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes unas fotografías de mi entrenamiento en el circuito de barras de las ballenitas.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. This time I will share with you some pictures of my training on the bar circuit of the whales.
Este día llegamos un poco tarde al parque y cuando llegamos ya técnicamente era de noche, pero aun así no nos detuvimos y entrenamos a 3 horas. Tome algunas fotografías haciendo estáticos cómo front lever, variaciones de plancha, back lever.
This day we arrived a little late to the park and when we got there it was technically night, but still we didn't stop and trained for 3 hours. I took some pictures doing some statics like front lever, plank variations, back lever.
Faltan solo 3 días para la Copa Hive y ya estoy en los últimos entrenamientos antes de competir y estoy preparando los combos definitivos que voy a hacer en mi participación.
There are only 3 days left for the Hive Cup and I'm already in the last training before competing and I'm preparing the final combos that I'm going to do in my participation.
