Un saludo amigas y amigos de #Hive y #SWC, el d铆a de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una publicaci贸n referente a mi entrenamiento de front lever. Cabe mencionar que el d铆a de ayer realice un entrenamiento de piernas del cual pens茅 no tendr铆a dolores musculares al siguiente d铆a, pero todo lo contrario. Esto causo que sintiera un poco lastrado el entrenamiento de front lever, lo notaba pesado sobre todo en los holds y presses. Mi primer combo lo realice 2 series el cual fue 1-2-3 es decir 1 pull up de front + 2 press + 3 segundos de aguantes, luego baje progresi贸n hasta half y realice la primera serie de 5-5-5, la misma combinaci贸n anterior pero en una progresi贸n m谩s baja, luego para la segunda y tercera serie realice 3-3-3 baje el volumen de repeticiones en las 3 fuerzas. Despu茅s de esto baje de progresi贸n una vez m谩s a la tuck adv, d贸nde realice 3 series de 7-7-7 la verdad actualmente tengo bastante dominio en la tuck as铆 que me sent铆 c贸modo ac谩. Luego finalic茅 mi entrenamiento con 3 series de m谩ximas pull ups con liga roja, d贸nde en la primera serie realice 3 repeticiones de forma controlada en cuanto a t茅cnica y en las 煤ltimas 2 baje una repetici贸n.
