Un saludo amigos y amigas de #Hive y #SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien. El d铆a de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotograf铆as de mi entrenamiento de front lever del d铆a de hoy, hoy me toc贸 entrenamiento por la ma帽ana, esta vez en mi casa. 脷ltimamente me he dado cuenta el porque me ha costado tanto avanzar en mi front y es porque estoy cometiendo el error de no trabajar correctamente la retracci贸n escapular lo que me dificulta m谩s que todo las dominadas de front. Con la anterior rutina aumente much铆sima fuerza de jal贸n, de igual forma considero tener una fuerza de tracci贸n buena, pero mantener la retracci贸n y a la vez hacer una dominada de front es m谩s complicado. Es por eso que comenc茅 a implementar est谩 rutina con progresiones bajas pero aplicando bien la retracci贸n escapular.

Today I want to share with you some photographs of my front lever training today, today I had to train in the morning, this time at my house. Lately I have realized why it has been so difficult for me to advance in my front and it is because I am making the mistake of not working correctly on scapular retraction, which makes front pull-ups more difficult than anything else. With the previous routine I increased a lot of pulling strength, in the same way I consider having good traction strength, but maintaining the retraction and at the same time doing a front pull-up is more complicated. That is why I began to implement this routine with low progressions but applying scapular retraction well.
La rutina comenz贸 con 2 series de aguantes de 3 segundos front lever full, asegur谩ndome de hacer bien la retracci贸n, 2 series de 6 segundos de half, mantenimiento siempre fuerte la retracci贸n y 2 series de 12 segundos de la progresion one leg. Luego de la fase de isom茅tria me concentre en mejorar las dominadas de front lever. Realic茅 as铆 2 series de una dominada de front lever one leg con deadstop antes de subir, asegur谩ndome de tener buena retracci贸n y tratar de tocar la cadera o llegar lo m谩s alto posible. Luego me fui a realizar 3 series de 3 dominadas de tuck adv, al tener siempre en cuenta el tema de la retracci贸n hacer los powermoves del front lever se me hace m谩s complicado debido a que estoy subiendo en bloque. Y como 煤ltimo ejercicio, para no descuidar las palancas, realice 3 series de presses de half, en fuerza de palancas si me considero bastante fuerte, as铆 que con esta rutina busco mejorar las dominadas de front lever.
The routine began with 2 sets of 3-second front lever full holds, making sure to do the retraction well, 2 sets of 6 seconds of half, always keeping the retraction strong, and 2 sets of 12 seconds of the one leg progression. After the isometry phase I focused on improving the front lever pull-ups. I thus performed 2 sets of a front lever one leg pull-up with deadstop before going up, making sure to have good retraction and trying to touch the hip or reach as high as possible. Then I went to do 3 sets of 3 adv tuck pull-ups, as I always take into account the issue of retraction, doing the front lever powermoves becomes more complicated for me because I am going up in blocks. And as the last exercise, so as not to neglect the levers, perform 3 sets of half presses, in lever strength if I consider myself quite strong, so with this routine I seek to improve the front lever pull-ups.
