Un saludo amigas y amigos de #SWC y #HIVE el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes las 3 progresiones más recomendadas desde mi experiencia para el front lever. Como recomendación antes de comenzar a entrenar front lever, pongo como requisito tener mucha fuerza en ejercicios básicos de jalón como dominadas y sus variantes al igual que muscle ups. Esto te evitará riesgos de lesiones y te ayudara a comenzar con cierta fuerza. Cómo primera progresión tenemos la tuck adv, está progresion considero que es la primera la cual debemos comenzar a a buscar en nuestro camino del front lever ya que nos permitirá trabajar de verdad la palanca del front. Cómo segunda progresion tenemos la half front lever, una progresion de nivel intermedio que se asemeja bastante a la postura final del front lever, esta progresión nos permite trabajar y ganar mayor volumen de ejercicios de palanca con una progresión similar al front. Y por último tenemos los intentos de front lever, es normal que los primeros intentos que hagamos no aguantemos tanto, pero de igual forma debemos seguir intentándolo para que nuestro cuerpo se vea forzado a adaptarse a el.

As the first progression we have the tuck adv, I consider this progression to be the first one that we should start looking for in our front lever path since it will allow us to really work the front lever. As a second progression we have the half front lever, an intermediate level progression that is quite similar to the final posture of the front lever, this progression allows us to work and gain a greater volume of lever exercises with a progression similar to the front. And finally we have the front lever attempts, it is normal that the first attempts we make do not last as long, but in the same way we must continue trying so that our body is forced to adapt to it.
