Un saludo amigos y amigas de #Hive y #SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de lo que fue mi entrenamiento de front lever de hoy en la mañana. Volvemos a los entrenamientos en casa, hoy me tocó front lever y hefesto, 2 movimientos de tracción muy fuertes. Hoy solo entrene combinaciones de estos 2 elementos, el entrenamiento fue un poco corto porque he estado con gripe pero se hizo lo que se pudo. Estuve haciendo algunos intentos libres y luego baje a progresiones más bajas para hacer combinaciones más largas.

We return to training at home, today I had front lever and hephaestus, 2 very strong pulling movements. Today I only trained combinations of these 2 elements, the training was a little short because I had the flu but we did what we could. I was doing some free tries and then went down to lower progressions to do longer combinations.
