Here I will leave you a routine and some different exercises for you to have new ideas and make them for your progressive training, all the exercises and the way to employ the movements will be explained in the video, I hope you like it!.

EXERCISE #1: "Pull Up Hold" For this exercise we must perform a pull up and hold as long as we can, passing the chin over the bar.
EXERCISE #2: "Negative Pull Ups" In this exercise we must jump so that we pass the chin from the bar, hold and slowly lower, until we leave the arms completely unbent, then we lower and return to perform the repetitions that correspond to us (3 - 5 reps).
EXERCISE #3: "Supine Pull Ups" Here we will do complete repetitions in supine grip, as help you can ask a trusted person to assist you or you can also use an elastic band to help you climb and do the repetitions (5 - 8 reps).
EXERCISE #4: "Australians Pull Ups" This exercise is the most basic pull up exercise, besides being effective for strengthening the back and gaining strength, we can also simulate the movement of a "Pull Up" working part of the necessary muscles. You can do it with your knees bent to make it easier if you don't have the necessary strength, or you can stretch your legs completely if you have the strength to do it that way (8 - 12 reps).
