You don't see this very often if at all in the United States. An occupied apartment building in Miami, Florida collapsed while people were inside. How could something like this happen to a building without some intentional structure damage...those buildings have likely survived many hurricanes, and high winds for years but on a seemingly nice day it just collapses?
