So the High Court ruled that the White House does not get to tell businesses to get their employees vaccinated. That is good news. Bad news is - well, it seems along the lines of, you are trying to do it under the guise of occupational safety under OSHA, which OSHA has no mandate to do so. And that is way too timid as the proper argument is that the US is based upon the concept of limited government, not one dictating every aspect of citizens' lives.
Meanwhile, the court allowed the government to impose a vaccine update on all medical professionals receiving funds from government medical programs (Medicare and Medicaid). That would be the majority of medical organizations. That will likely result in staff shortages across the medical field as plenty of medical professionals are in no mood to take the vaccine.
