Tomorrow in Stockholm a meeting between the foreign ministers of the United States (Blinken), Russia (Lavrov) and Ukraine.
Lavrov: "Kiev is becoming more and more arrogant in its aggression against both the Minsk agreements and against Russia, and in its attempts to provoke the West to support its warlike aspirations."
Blinken: "In recent weeks, Russia has stepped up planning for potential military actions in Ukraine, including the placement of tens of thousands of additional soldiers near the Ukrainian border. Tomorrow I will ask Lavrov to withdraw Russian troops near the Ukrainian border."
