Hi, friends!
It seems that M-Sport Ford rally star Adrien Fourmaux had too many crashes this season because he had been delegated from Rally1 class to the lower WRC2 category which means a step back in his career.
The same thing happened to their other driver in 2021 and I am talking about Teemu Suninen who was their first violin at that time. He just had too many crashes and he was delegated from WRC1 to WRC2 class but his manager decided it was too much and they quit his drive for M-Sport Ford at the middle of the season.
Fourmaux took Suninen's seat last year but luck is sometimes like a boomerang. Faurmaux "helped" in a way that Suninen lost his seat and now the same has happened to him. Now he is the one who is delegated to the lower class.
He will take the driving duties with the Ford Fiesta Rally2 car with another promissory driver Gregoire Munster. Both of guys should help with their drives to sell as many Rally2 cars as possible because this became a big market in the rally world.
Yeah, one troubled season and you are from hero to zero. That's the professionalism, unfortunately.
