The battle of the mind is the hardest battle anyone can fight and win. It is important that we learn to guard our hearts against whatever will want to steal our joy. Our mind is a very powerful tool that can either be our greatest ally in the face of warfare both physically and spiritually or can be our greatest enemy in face of battle.
One of the hardest battles we fight every day is the battle of the mind. It is easier for one to get rid of the physical battles but it is harder for anyone to fight the battle of the mind and be able to overcome such battles because it takes a conscious step for anyone to win such battles. It is important that we make a conscious step to rid ourselves of always having w conflicting mindset because a constant conflict in the mind can lead to depression.
The mind is the bedrock of any human just as air is important for breathing, and as such, it is a prerequisite that we get a grip of what we let into our minds. Just like constant eating of unhealthy food can lead to stomach upset, same way constant allowing of negative thoughts into our mind can lead yo unhealthy life or lifestyle because no matter what you do, as long as your mind isn't right, fact that your life won't change until your thinking does.
It is impossible to have a positive, exciting life when you have a negative mind. A positive mind breeds positive and exciting life, and a negative mind breeds a negative and unhappy life.
Our mind is the most dangerous and strongest battlefield anyone can go into and come out victorious because it is constant in war every day looking for ways to strengthen itself and that is why we must learn not to be anxious or afraid of anything because these two attributes breed negative thoughts
The mind is constantly at war everyday receiving different and most times conflicting thoughts on every subject that our other senses receive and when there is a clash of two different thoughts, it brings about conflict in the mind.
If not controlled can either build and transform us into who we want to become or can break and disorganized us into someone we never thought we could be. It is important we watch what goes into our mind because most of our thoughts, what we see, feel, and hear remain in our subconscious until we are in between strategic points in our lives that need a valid decision. If our subconscious stores up negative thoughts, it brings out negative thoughts but if it stores up positive thoughts, it brings forth it and that helps us.
Although most times it is hard to control what goes into our mind because of the kind of world we live in, it is important that one is conscious of activities that they give their time to. The battle of our mind can either build us or mare us.
