For most of my adult life, I feel like I have kept an optimistic outlook, looking for the best in everyone that I meet. Prayer, faith, family, and friends nourish that positive attitude. I have always been so thankful for all I have. I have been fortunate enough to have soul lighters in my life, keeping the path lit, so I don't lose my way.

An age-old computer science phrase of garbage in, garbage out, (GIGO) comes to mind. It was a caution to users against trusting computer output that you got from unreliable input or source. Much like what I allowed my children to read online or see on television - before they were able to make those judgment calls themselves.

Serenity and peace reign in this place deep within, I take delight in the fact that it makes me feel beautiful inside.
