How about a 'new' way of things...

There are many discussions and even posts about what's happening on/with Hive lately. Like, how to bring new users over and why this seems to be so 'hard'. Which is even harder with the price dropping and dropping since the beginning of it a only a few years ago. Or how to improve the rewards system to get rid of system abuse... and so on and on.

Starting brainstorming i thought;

• Is it really so hard to get the masses over to Hive and why?
• Wasn't the basic idea behind BitCoin and decentralised monetary systems to free ourselves from that antic unfair centralised value structure?
• Isn't just the way it's coded one of the reasons?
• Isn't the ego of humans part of that problem? Especially the 'rich' and 'spoiled' ones?
• Do we really think that copy/paste of this capitalistic slavery into a computer system is helping to create that much needed change? Bringing prosperity?

Here is the idea of a ‘new way’ that does not look like a pyramid scheme to ‘outsiders’ and can offer everyone real added value and support based on personal commitment... a brainstorming session to find a solution to many problems, including in real life.
But beware, I am far from being a developer or mathematician. So the whole thing is just a rough basis.

Let's think about, that;

• a user account stays 'closed' (unable to post) until it has voted for all proposals
  • yes / no style
  • one vote counts as one (democratic style)...
  • no account$value involved
• every post gets always a "chain-vote",
  • vote-value is mathematically calculated on
    • account$value,
    • quantity of account posts,
    • quantity of account replies,
    • received votes/downvotes on previous posts
• votes from other users adds only a fixed value...
  • for example plus 0.05$
  • minus 0.05$ for a downvote
  • no account$value involved

Please help to brainstorm

It is really in the interest to all of us and find a solution before it's too late and the oligarchs already in their abusing position will kill that possibility. So...

The “true” way of a community is to support each other, also on Hive. Since it doesn't make sense to wait for the mercy of a millionaire to send us $$$ - we support each other with the best we can.
It works even after a contribution has gone through the seven days of voting, and thus the opportunity for gracious "giving" is over. Another plus - that way no one can ‘steal’ your given support, not even the often ego-selfish pointless Down-Voters. I thank you for all the support you give, anywhere !
