I had an awesome time at church yesterday. During the service, my pastor taught about relationships and marriage. Yet, what caught my attention the most was when he mentioned the five kinds of people you should not marry. It made me contemplate how difficult it has been for certain individuals to date or get married to people possessing this kind of character trait.
Hypocrites
You sure don't want to meet a hypocrite.
I have a cousin that falls under this category, and my experience with her has been terrible. You don't want to hear all about it.
These people say a certain thing, but accomplish something different. As much as could reasonably be expected, such people ought to be avoided. You sure don't want to spend your lovely existence with somebody like this in marriage.
A liar
Avoid people who lie a lot. These people live in a world built on promises created by their deceptions. Never contemplate entrusting such a person with an immense secret. Never marry somebody who is excessively secretive, even with you. These sorts of individuals now and again conceal big, ugly secrets that can flip around your life.
Fence sitter
Such individuals drain the energy out of you, and regardless of whether they marry you, they will continuously be uncertain about their responsibility. They are consistently going back and forth about you, regardless of what you do. They are the pessimism you should stay away from for your own peace of mind.
Playing the victim
Have you met somebody who generally plays the victim?
These are an entire, huge class of individuals who whine constantly. They play casualties and are somewhat exceptionally negative. Assuming somebody hurt them in the past, they don't let it go; it actually influences them. They keep saying that any mistake they are making today is because of another person. Their casualty walls are excessively high, and you truly don't have any desire to bounce that spiked metal a few feet above.
A narcissist
Goodness, these self-included people are a disturbance. They feel that the world pivots around them and that the spotlight is on them. They are "never misguided," and without a doubt, you don't want to be in that frame of mind ever! They live in a desolate universe of "me", and never concede that they might actually be off-base at any point.
