This is something which I also picked up as a habit which just started randomly for me but this was something that took me away from all of the constant buzzing notifications and a lot of over thinking that I used to be doing about all of the things that I had to be doing everything and this was something that made me connected to my ownself and that was an very good thing that I changed because I felt an little bit more thoughtful as well as much lesser anxiety.
Aisa started doing it I never really thought that it would be something that I will be doing as a daily thing and slowly it got into one of those habits that I never used to miss after a particular point which was something that I started to enjoy a quite a lot as it was quite helpful for me which I realise later on as it became one of those activities which was happening to be a mental dtox for myself and also keeping me a little bit in a safer environment in comparison to the stressful Lifestyle that I am leaving which I required an escape from.
One of the best things that journalling granted me was the fact that I got my thoughts in a single place and that was something which I used to be missing out on quiet a lot because I was involved in so much of things I never really got time to think about anything else and all of those things started to become bit of regret for me but now that I am writing everything down all of those things have disappeared and it has also made me a lot more productive as now I know what I am doing as well as the things that I am not doing correctly which I can be improving on as that has been something that has been noticing as well because I have been looking at what I am writing as well.
There are a lot of habits that people can choose as per what they like to do and something that suits them as well because something is required to be keeping our mental health in cheque which is extremely important to be thought of as it surely as a lot of importance with in itself which often gets overlook very much and this is something which has work for me as well which was a very small habit and had an very big impact on me as now I feel much motivated and less stressed then what I used to be back in the day.
