Crying is one act that helps us humans to release those bottled up emotions we have kept stored up in our hearts ♥️ because we can’t hold them in again. Or it could be crying over that job we expected to get that never did come, the relationship we have built for years that is about crashing, the death of beloved ones we know we will never see again. And so many other reasons can lead our emotion to crying.
The reality to crying and of what we don’t know is that when we cry deeply from our hearts, we are able to release those pain that we feel inside us, which immediately helps lighten our heart towards any hurt and emotional feelings we are in. This means that we can cry as humans because we are not made of wood 🪵 or iron, but those with flesh who feels pains from time to time that can lead to emotions and make us become vulnerable.
Just this past week a family friend of ours lost her dearest husband whom she has been married to for the past 25 years. And not that the man was sick because he just came back from the United States 🇺🇸 after a month of holidays visiting his children 👧. Frying back to Nigeria 🇳🇬, he developed swollen legs maybe due to long flighting ✈️.
And concerned about the legs after few days here in Nigeria 🇳🇬, he decided to go for a massage to see if the legs will come down. But the worst happened , because the next morning he got up , bathed to leave for church, suddenly he felt dizziness and asked the wife to get him a glass of water. The wife rushed to get a glass of water but before she returned, her husband has collapsed on the chair .
Shouting for help while carrying the man to the car, they rushed him to the hospital where the doctors tried to revive him but to no avail. They believed that the swollen legs might have some blood 🩸 clotting which might have moved to his brain 🧠 or heart ♥️ after the massage. This is the only case that might have affected him in any way. It was like just a movie 🎥.
And suddenly his wife is left with the reality of loosing her husband. The reality of their four (4) children in the United State that her husband just visited over Christmas 🎄and back. How can she help herself at this time?
All she needed at this time was to cry 😭 it out, to pure her heart out to the world because this is the reality of life. But everyone feels she needs to be put to sleep with Laxotan 1.5 mg , which never worked, and I know 3.00 mg will not work because life does not work that way. Her Adrenalin (body system) will not allow any sleeping pill 💊 to work on her because of the state her emotions are.
All she will need at this point in time is to cry it all out until she can stop herself because the husband will never be there again for her, her life has taken another turn in just in a twinkle of an eye. Its automatically a new dawn with life which has started to see immediately her husband was put into the morgue. So she needs to cry 😢 it all out.
We are all humans that are made of flesh and has emotion. We don’t need to bottle it up because sometimes our heart will be so heavy and weigh down that we can’t carry on. At this point we need to let it out and make our heart feel lighter. In fact, crying it all out sometimes makes us feel better and clears our head for the next decision making. Crying is not being weak as many sees it.
Here I leave you all today thoughtful family. Hoping you enjoy the rest of the week in good health and abundance blessings 🥰
