On this occasion I consider it pertinent to share with all of you my first publication that deals with the subject of basic or routine skin care, honestly I am a person who usually do not like to use many cleaning or beauty products on the face, usually I have delicate skin and also fat but since I am on this platform I have also been dabbling in the presentation of makeup and before that and the advances of age we have to become aware, and think about taking care of ourselves a little more and give our skin the necessary care.

Bienvenidos a mi blog, como es costumbre en mi deambular por las diferentes comunidades ir descubriéndolas y ver si tienen alguna iniciativa para participar en ella y recién conseguí esta que fue de gran alegría y entusiasmo porque desde hace mucho tiempo, tenía la necesidad de compartir algunas recetas o contenidos sobre algún tratamiento de belleza como la mascarilla casera que me he estado aplicando, realmente es maravilloso que podamos tener un lugar para compartir y dar a conocer a todos ustedes los diferentes conocimientos asociados al cuidado de la piel, el cuerpo y el cabello entre otros. En esta ocasión considero pertinente compartir con todos ustedes mi primera publicación que trata el tema del cuidado básico o rutinario de la piel, sinceramente soy una persona que por lo general no me gusta usar muchos productos de limpieza o belleza en el rostro, por lo general tengo la piel delicada y además grasa pero desde que estoy en esta plataforma también he estado incursionando en la presentación del maquillaje y ante eso y los avances de la edad tenemos que tomar conciencia, y pensar en cuidarnos un poco más y brindarle a nuestra piel los cuidados necesarios.

Desde que me adentré en el mundo del maquillaje hace algún tiempo, entendí que debía prestar un poco más de atención y cuidar un poco más mi rostro, ya que otros factores como la edad y el hecho de que mi piel sea extremadamente blanca sumado a que el uso constante de maquillaje merecen más atención, por lo que hoy quiero presentar los diferentes productos que he utilizado en mi rostro para aplicar mi rutina básica diaria, comenzando primero con un jabón para pieles grasas, un protector solar y una crema hidratante POND'S.
The first product I used for my daily cleansing routine is the BIOS Pharmaceutic soap, this antiseptic and antibacterial soap bar is the one I used the most during the day to try to keep my skin clean and hydrated, I used the BIOS Pharmaceutic soap specifically for oily skin, It has the particularity to reduce the level of fat and eliminate the different dead cells that are concentrated in the skin, using this product is extremely easy and simple, we must wash or wet the face, the bar of soap and with the hand we try to get enough foam to rub on the face and then we must rinse with enough fresh water, this procedure is usually done about 3 times a day.
El primer producto que utilicé para mi rutina de limpieza diaria es el jabón BIOS Pharmaceutic, esta pastilla de jabón antiséptica y antibacteriana es la que más utilicé durante el día para intentar mantener mi piel limpia e hidratada, utilicé el jabón BIOS Pharmaceutic específicamente para pieles grasas, Tiene la particularidad de reducir el nivel de grasa y eliminar las diferentes células muertas que se concentran en la piel, utilizar este producto es sumamente fácil y sencillo, debemos lavar o mojar la cara, la pastilla de jabón y con la mano tratamos de conseguir la suficiente espuma para frotar en la cara y luego debemos enjuagar con suficiente agua fresca, este procedimiento se suele hacer unas 3 veces al día.

My last product to use is the sunscreen, specifically the Avéne brand, with a protection of 50 SPF I consider this is one of the products that can never miss for our routine specifically in cities where the sun is inclement as is the case of the city of Cumaná where I live, It is really necessary and I recommend it to all the people that we must protect our skin, in order to give our skin long life to the facial tissues which are attacked by the different factors that affect as environmental pollution and ultraviolet rays that can cause collateral damage as in my particular case that I am currently suffering from skin cancer.
Mi último producto a utilizar es el protector solar, específicamente el de la marca Avéne, con una protección de 50 FPS considero que este es uno de los productos que nunca pueden faltar para nuestra rutina específicamente en ciudades donde el sol es inclemente como es el caso de la ciudad de Cumaná donde vivo, Es realmente necesario y lo recomiendo a todas las personas que debemos proteger nuestra piel, con el fin de brindarle a nuestra piel larga vida a los tejidos del rostro los cuales son agredidos por los diferentes factores que inciden como la contaminación ambiental y los rayos ultravioletas que pueden causar daños colaterales como en mi caso particular que actualmente estoy padeciendo de cáncer de piel.
