Hola amigos de la comunidad ❤️ les doy la bienvenida a mi blog en una nueva receta casera para preparar una mascarilla capilar súper fácil para hidratar y devolverle ese bonito brillo a nuestros cabellos. Para los amantes de las cervezas esta idea quizás no les guste mucho 😅, sin embargo creo que una vez conocemos los beneficios que este producto aportaría a nuestro cabello, podríamos cambiar de opinión y probarlo. Personalmente me gusta probar tanto productos ya fabricados cómo caseros, ambos, dependiendo la marca y la calidad de los ingredientes, son muy beneficiosos para mantener en este caso, un cabello saludable, suave y brillante. La cerveza es muy conocida no solo para disfrutarla en días calurosos y en fiestas, sino también por sus buenas propiedades para el cabello, me refiero entre sus componentes a la cebada, el cual aporta vitaminas y minerales capaces de devolverle el brillo natural y la suavidad que tanto queremos, aplicándola mínimo 1 vez a la semana. Si a esta mascarilla le agregamos un toque de miel les aseguro que complementamos ese plus de hidratación además de dejarnos un buen olor dulce y contrarrestar un poco el olor de la cerveza, aunque igual te recomiendo usar después un acondicionador para mantener un buen olor luego de aplicar la mascarilla. Es muy sencillo de hacer y aplicar así que como siempre te invito a que te quedes y me acompañes para que te animes y la pruebes, sin más que agregar los dejo con todo mi proceso!!

Personally I like to try both manufactured and homemade products, both, depending on the brand and the quality of the ingredients, are very beneficial to maintain in this case, a healthy, soft and shiny hair. Beer is well known not only to enjoy it on hot days and parties, but also for its good properties for the hair, I mean among its components to barley, which provides vitamins and minerals capable of restoring the natural shine and softness that we want so much, applying it at least once a week. If we add a touch of honey to this mask, I assure you that we complement that plus of hydration in addition to leave a good sweet smell and counteract a little the smell of beer, although I recommend using a conditioner to maintain a good smell after applying the mask. En cuatro sencillos pasos vamos a preparar esta mascarilla, pero antes de usar la cerveza te voy a dar un pequeño tip, y es que una vez la tengas y la abras, debes dejarla reposar por lo menos toda la noche y no usarla directamente ya que la cerveza contiene un compuesto que podría causar un efecto contrario, así que una vez haya estado reservada en un envase a temperatura ambiente por varias horas, ahora sí estaría lista para usar.
En un envase limpio vamos a agregar 2 cucharadas de miel y media botella de cerveza, si es pequeña puedes usarla toda. Mezclamos todo muy bien con ayuda de un tenedor o batidor manual hasta que los ingredientes se hayan integrado.

In a clean container we are going to add 2 tablespoons of honey and half a bottle of beer, if it is small you can use it all. Mix everything very well with the help of a fork or hand mixer until the ingredients are integrated.
Para aplicar esta mascarilla lo que debemos hacer primero es lavar como de costumbre nuestro cabello, usamos nuestros productos habituales, y con el cabello húmedo lo desenredamos con cuidado de puntas hacia la raíz.
To apply this mask we must first wash our hair as usual, we use our usual products, and with damp hair we carefully untangle it from the ends to the roots.
Aún con el cabello húmedo procedemos a aplicar nuestra mascarilla, bien podemos ayudarnos con una brocha para tinte o con nuestras propias manos, igualmente desde las puntas hacia la raíz y damos pequeños masajes suaves y circulares con las yemas de los dedos, esto vamos a dejarlo actuar por 3 a 5 minutos aproximadamente.
Still with wet hair we proceed to apply our mask, we can either use a dye brush or our own hands, also from the tips to the roots and give small soft and circular massages with the fingertips, we will leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes approximately.
Pasado el tiempo volvemos a la regadera para retirar la mascarilla con abundante agua, secamos el exceso de agua con una toalla, nos aplicamos una ampolla con protección térmica, procedemos a secar con una secadora y ya estaríamos listas.
After this time we return to the shower to remove the mask with plenty of water, dry the excess water with a towel, apply a thermal protection ampoule, proceed to dry with a hair dryer and we are ready.
Antes de terminar aquí les muestro unas fotografías de mi resultado y como quedó mi cabello con esta receta casera, dándole otro uso a este producto que nos recreativo...la cerveza 😁, de verdad les puedo confirmar y comprobar que si se nota más suave y manejable el cabello, aunque claro que para ver mejores resultados debemos repetir el proceso y aplicarlo varias veces.
