Hola querida comunidad, definitivamente cuidar la piel de nuestro rostro y cuello es sumamente importante. Pero no solo se trata de colocar productos para mantenerla sana, si no también de realizar una limpieza adecuada.
Por mucho tiempo usé jabones en barra, jabones hipoalergénicos, jabones a base de avena, jabones comunes con olor, estos últimos no debemos usarlos en nuestro rostro, solo resecan nuestra piel y no aportan ningún beneficio, además no la dejan limpia por completo.
Hay jabones hechos para nuestra piel. Como un jabón que usé en mi juventud 😂 a base de avena y otro a base de glicerina y miel que ha regresado a mi vida y del cual espero hablarles pronto y contarles la historia de cómo y por qué llegó a mí. Pero hace menos de un año encontré algo definitivamente genial, un Gel Limpiador y le dije adiós a los jabones para mí rostro.

En mi caso, el compañero de mi Gel Limpiador, es un cepillo limpiador, que tiene cerdas suaves, que ayudan a dispensar todo el gel por mi rostro y del otro lado tiene una cerdas de goma pequeñas que son para una limpieza más profunda, la cual solo realizo 2 veces por semana y para exfoliación. Ambos son mis aliados para la limpieza de mi rostro y al final obtengo como resultado, una piel no solo limpia, si no también fresca y suave.
