Feliz miércoles para todos mis Hivers, espero que la estén pasando bien en unión familiar. Como ya les mencioné en publicaciones anteriores, en estos días como familia hemos estado asistiendo a reuniones muy importantes para nosotros. Es por esta razón que trato de cuidar mi cabello para que luzca lo mejor que pueda, por eso el día lunes decidí lavarme el cabello, pero antes quise hacer unos tratamientos naturales a base de limón y ácido bórico.

Happy Wednesday to all my Hivers, I hope you are having a great time together as a family. As I mentioned in previous posts, these days as a family we have been attending very important meetings for us. It is for this reason that I try to take care of my hair to make it look the best I can, so on Monday I decided to wash my hair, but first I wanted to do some natural treatments with lemon and baking soda.

Lo primero que hice fue exprimir el jugo de un limón, realmente no fue necesario utilizar dos ya que este tenía suficiente jugo. Una vez que lo exprimí extraje las pepas y el zumo del limón lo fui colocando en mi cabello poco a poco mientras le hacía masajes circulares con las yemas de mis dedos, hasta agregarlos todo. También pase de forma circular la cáscara del limón, esto con la finalidad de eliminar un poco la grasa que muchas veces se genera en nuestro cuero cabelludo.

The first thing I did was to squeeze the juice of a lemon, actually it wasn't necessary to use two since it had enough juice. Once I squeezed it, I extracted the seeds and the lemon juice and I put it on my hair little by little while I massaged it in a circular motion with my fingertips, until I added everything. I also passed in a circular way the lemon peel, this with the purpose of eliminating a little bit of the grease that many times is generated in our scalp.

Una vez aplicado dejé actuar por 30 minutos, tal cómo lo indican las imágenes.

Once applied, I left it on for 30 minutes, as indicated in the pictures.

Recordé que tenía un sobre de ácido bórico sin usar y me puse a investigar por internet qué uso podía darle para el cuidado del cabello, me sorprendí al leer lo bueno que era para eliminar el hongo que produce la caspa, por sus propiedades de desinfectante y fungicida. Además de ésto, ayuda a la circulación sanguínea permitiendo que le llegue más oxígeno y nutrientes a los folículos pilosos.

I remembered that I had an unused sachet of boric acid and I started to research on the internet what use I could give it for hair care, I was surprised to read how good it was to eliminate the fungus that causes dandruff, for its disinfectant and fungicide properties. Besides this, it helps blood circulation allowing more oxygen and nutrients to reach the hair follicles.

En esta ocasión lo usé de la siguiente manera, después de haberme lavado bien el cabello con mi shampoo de coco (novex) me apliqué la mezcla que tenía previamente elaborada. Una taza de agua con 2 cucharadas de ácido bórico. Mezcle muy bien hasta quedar bien diluido y procedí a ponerlo en mi cabello durante 5 minutos, haciendo esto la función de un enjuague. Retiré con abundante agua.

This time I used it in the following way, after washing my hair with my coconut shampoo (novex) I applied the mixture I had previously prepared. One cup of water with 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Mix very well until it was well diluted and proceeded to put it on my hair for 5 minutes, making this the function of a rinse. Remove with plenty of water.

Dejé secar mi cabello de forma natural y luego mi hija procedió al planchado, colocando antes una pequeña porción de Blindagem (novex) tratamiento sellante antes del secado, es decir, no se enjuaga.
En este procedimiento no utilicé ninguna crema de hidratación o baño de crema.

I let my hair dry naturally and then my daughter proceeded to flat iron, putting a small portion of Blindagem (novex) sealing treatment before drying, i.e. it is not rinsed out. In this procedure I did not use any moisturizer or cream bath.

Finalmente para el día martes, para una salida, así lucía mi cabellera. Quedó muy sedosa y brillante, me sentí muy satisfecha con los resultados. Razón por la cual estaré haciendo este ritual para el cuidado de mi cabello cada 15 días. Espero sea de su agrado y puedan animarse a usarlo. Bendiciones para todos.

Finally, by Tuesday, for an outing, this is what my hair looked like. It was very silky and shiny, I was very pleased with the results. That's why I will be doing this hair care ritual every 15 days. I hope you like it and I encourage you to use it. Blessings to all.
