Hace unos días les comenté que estaba muy feliz porque este año me había propuesto mejorar esos aspectos físicos que de cierta forma no me hacían sentir completamente bien conmigo misma y uno de ellos es la apariencia o textura de mi rostro, el cual desde que comencé a utilizar anticonceptivos y estos segregaron hormonas en mi cuerpo, mi rostro fue uno de los afectados con todos estos cambios que tuve a raíz de la colocación del primer método anticonceptivo, solo que este primer método, no me segregaba tantas hormonas, pero aún así, logró generar este brote en mi rostro.
Sin embargo, el método que llevo usando más de 3 años, si me ha segregado muchas hormonas, las cuales siento yo, me han perjudicado mucho más a nivel físico, por lo que llegue en un punto en el que sentía que si no hacía algo a tiempo, todo iba a terminar mucho peor.

El bloqueador se debe de aplicar cada 3 horas, por lo que, como les explique anteriormente al aplicarnos el retinol el cual es un producto bastante fuerte, este suele eliminar las impurezas dejando así, nuestra piel más expuesta, tan increíble como que hasta la luz de las lámparas y del teléfono, pueden ser dañinas para nuestro rostro durante este tratamiento, por ello, debemos de aplicar de manera muy juiciosa nuestro bloqueador cada 3 horas, lavar muy bien nuestra carita y aplicarlo en todo el rostro.
Ya que, el retinol suele causar cierta sequedad en la piel, es importante mantenerla hidratada con una crema de nuestra preferencia, en mi caso, yo estoy utilizando está de ponds, la cual me aplicó todas las noches antes de dormir y me ayuda muchísimo a mantener mi cara siempre hidratada.
