¡Hola Hola Comunidad! ✨, creo que este podría ser mi primer post en ésta comunidad y me alegra mucho que sea sobre mi cabello 🤭, y es que a lo largo de los años me he dado cuenta de la importancia que este tiene para mí, quizás no lo sepan pero por allá en el 2020 me dejé influenciar por mi hermana y mi mamá para teñirme el cabello, en ese momento me hicieron mechitas y por ende usaron decolorante, producto que como ya imaginaran dañó por completo mi hebra capilar. Hoy día sigo teniendo mi cabello teñido ésta vez con tintes en un tono rubio, y me ha tocado aprender a cuidarlo e invertir en algunos productos que antes menospreciaba, así que en el día de hoy les mostraré cómo es mi rutina de lavado 💆🏻♀️.
Hello Hello Community! ✨, I think this could be my first post in this community and I'm very happy that it's about my hair 🤭, and over the years I've realized how important it is for me, maybe you don't know it but back in 2020 I was influenced by my sister and my mum to dye my hair, at that time they made me highlights and therefore used bleach, a product that as you can imagine completely damaged my hair strand. Today I still have my hair dyed this time with blonde dyes, and I have had to learn to take care of it and invest in some products that I used to despise, so today I will show you how my washing routine is 💆🏻♀️.
Yo personalmente lavo mi cabello 2 veces a la semana, sé que hay quienes dicen que lo mejor es hacerlo todos los días o al menos interdiario, pero honestamente a mí me da demasiada flojera hacer toda ésta rutina todos los días, así que pienso que hay cosas que no deben ser una ley sino que hay que adaptarlas a nuestras necesidades y tiempos 😌. Pero en fin, mi rutina de lavado siempre comienza desenredando el cabello por completo, pero el siguiente paso después de eso puede variar, a veces me gusta aplicar pre shampoo y otras veces me paso directamente a la ducha, últimamente es la segunda opción así que es la que explicaré.
Ya en la ducha, me encargo de mojar muy bien todo el cabello sobre el cuero cabelludo y aplico el shampoo de la parte inferior hacia arriba, tratando de seccionar el cabello para mayor alcance, enjuago y repito. Normalmente no soy de buscar algún shampoo en específico, trato obviamente de no usar cualquiera de dudosa procedencia, pero en general no suelo ser quisquillosa con eso, por lo que el que muestro en la foto realmente ha cumplido hasta ahora con mis necesidades, eso sí, suelo cambiar constantemente de shampoo, casi nunca paso más de 6 meses con el mismo shampoo.
I personally wash my hair twice a week, I know some people say it's best to do it every day or at least every other day, but honestly I'm too lazy to do this routine every day, so I think there are things that shouldn't be a law but should be adapted to our needs and times 😌. But anyway, my washing routine always starts with detangling the hair completely, but the next step after that can vary, sometimes I like to apply pre shampoo and other times I go straight to the shower, lately it's the second option so that's the one I'll explain.
Once in the shower, I take care to wet all the hair on the scalp very well and apply the shampoo from the bottom up, trying to section the hair for maximum reach, rinse and repeat. I don't usually look for a specific shampoo, obviously I try not to use any shampoo of dubious origin, but in general I'm not fussy about it, so the one I show in the picture has really fulfilled my needs so far, yes, I usually change shampoo constantly, I almost never spend more than 6 months with the same shampoo.
Una vez que el cabello está limpio lo secciono en dos partes y aplico la mascarilla o baño de crema, en éste momento estoy usando la ven en la imagen y debo decir que me ha funcionado de maravilla, de verdad he notado cambios en mi cabello desde que la uso, aunque es cierto que no aplico mascarilla en todas las lavadas sino 1 vez por semana, porque de ésta forma siento que no sobresaturo el cabello de producto, además la cantidad que uso es poca porque debemos recordar que estos productos hay que emulsionarlos, es decir aplicarlos en la palma se la mano y frotarlas hasta que se genere una pasta blanca, de ésta forma el producto alcanza perfectamente para toda la sección de cabello.
Anteriormente al aplicar el baño de crema solía peinar mi cabello, pero ésto he dejado de hacerlo porque luego supe que al estar mojado el cabello es cuando más débil y fácil de romper es, entonces he preferido ya no hacer más éste paso, y dejarlo más bien para el final. Éste producto yo lo dejo actuar unos minutos, así que después de aplicarlo me recojo el cabello y continúo con mi ducha.
Once the hair is clean I section it in two parts and I apply the mask or cream bath, at this moment I am using the one you see in the image and I must say that it has worked wonderfully, I have really noticed changes in my hair since I use it, although it is true that I do not apply mask in all the washes but once a week, because in this way I feel that I don't oversaturate the hair with product, also the amount I use is small because we must remember that these products must be emulsified, that is to say apply them in the palm of the hand and rub them until a white paste is generated, in this way the product reaches perfectly for the whole section of hair.
Previously when applying the cream bath I used to comb my hair, but I have stopped doing this because I later found out that wet hair is the weakest and easiest to break, so I have preferred not to do this step anymore, and leave it for the end. I leave this product on for a few minutes, so after I apply it, I put my hair up and continue with my shower.
Una vez han pasado unos minutos, retiro todo el producto con abundante agua y aplico entonces el acondicionador, producto estrella de toda ésta rutina 💖. Al inicio, cuando hablo de menospreciar la función y uso de algunos productos me refería específicamente éste, no había entendido hasta hace un tiempo la importancia de usar acondicionador en cada lavada, me parecía que hacía los mismo que la mascarilla y para nada es así, para los que no saben el acondicionador tiene la función de sellar la cutícula capilar una vez acabado el proceso de lavado, así que no usarlo hace que este se vaya debilitando y no pueda absorber como es debido la hidratación dada por la mascarilla o simplemente por el agua, por ésta razón en todos mis lavados siempre uso acondicionador como paso final dentro de la ducha, y lo dejo actuar 1 minuto o 2 antes de retirarlo con abundante agua.

At the beginning, when I talk about underestimating the function and use of some products I was referring specifically to this one, I had not understood until a while ago the importance of using conditioner in each wash, I thought it did the same as the mask and not at all, for those who do not know the conditioner has the function of sealing the hair cuticle once the washing process is finished, for this reason in all my washes I always use conditioner as a final step in the shower, and leave it on for 1 or 2 minutes before removing it with plenty of water.
Seco mi cabello con la toalla y trato de quitarle todo el exceso de agua antes de peinarme, a veces para desenredar el cabello uso crema para peinar, ésto solo lo hago cuando dejo que mi cabello se seque al natural (algo que últimamente hago muy poco) y cuando voy a secarlo con secador, entonces uso éste protector térmico de novex. Cuando comencé a usar ese producto la verdad no veía mayores cambios, sin embargo con el tiempo comencé a notar que mi frizz desaparecía y que el cabello tenía un mayor brillo y suavidad al estar seco, no es un producto económico pero vale la pena su inversión 💖.
